Re: Elizabeth Silver (AshPrince) GMed by Hafnium

Yes, dear. You discovered my master plan to make my presence known and offer to help you in order to enslave you. To think that I thought it would slip by unnoticed because it was a much more circuitous route than simply leaving you and the lizards to weaken each other and then taking all of the spoils for myself. The voice mocked her through the link. It was around that point that the lizards chose to follow up their attack. Elizabeth backed away, assuming a defensive posture. The two lizardmen came in, razor-sharp claws swiping at the heiress. They couldn't pierce her defense, however, although their claws were beginning to seriously damage the assassin's armor. The rogue countered with four swings, two for each, but only managed to score half of them. It was still hopeful, she had clearly won that exchange. By that point it seemed she had given at least as much pain as she had received at the hands of the hunters.
Good showing! Perhaps I didn't give the mighty blademistress her proper due! I wonder if she'll be able to keep it up, the feminine voice narrated as though it were watching a dramatic play unfold. The lizards seemed to be preparing to attack again, though the trained Silver noticed that the beastmen's movements differed from their latest, ill-advised attack. Perhaps the dashing rogue will decide that she needs the mysterious stranger's help. All this humble traveler would require is a chance to drink of the spiritual essence of a noblewoman. A small morsel, a sip to whet her appetite, a minor portion. Perhaps the additional voice in the bleeding rogue's head had gone insane, or maybe the voice she was hearing was a sign of having lost too much blood. It continued, however, slightly less pompously and incoherently too. Then a simple parting of ways would be in order, or if you simply must have my company I might stick around. I have no need for slaves or servants in this environment, they tend to slow a girl down. The presence in Elizabeth's mind continued to simply wait, she could push it out with ease at any time if she liked, or continue conversing with it. Although, small chatter with an arrogant watcher might be considered a strange pastime to include into battling alien rapists.
