Later at least. I've been pondering over exploring some of those ruins or dungeons you two mentioned, or the one behind Bubbles in particular. Would you two be up for that?", Ashela leant in, kissing Salesh softly before getting to her feet, following Issah's example and stretching a little.

"Homes? This is my home. What more would I need? Well, except during the rainy season. We usually sleep in caves then." Salesh returns to Ashela's kiss before getting up as well. "Might as well, I suppose." Issah starts slithering back towards the pits and Salesh follows.

"Well, I'm used to having some sort of hut or den to live in. A bit silly of me to think things would be the same with you two I suppose". She'd also briefly inquire to Issah and Salesh if they felt for a brief bath before heading into the dungeon, not so much Ashela suggesting a bath as checking if they felt for it. If bathing wouldn't happen, and if Bubbles didn't have anything of particular note to share, Ashela would take the lead and head into the dungeon... After making sure they had torches ready.

Issah has her bow on her hands, arrow nocked but not drawn and Salesh is holding spear in one hand and a torch in the other. Bubbles has head and shoulders formed above the rest of the pool, and is looking at the group curiously. There are two tunnels to choose from, one curving towards right and the other left, both sloping downwards.

Ashela nodded, smiling at Bubbles. "Thanks, seeya later Bubbles~", and then she went down the left path with her companions in tow, making sure to look around to take in the architecture... prefering to not find a trap with her face. Altho secret stashes, loot or powerups would be very welcomed, facechecking or not.

The tunnel is long and damp. It's lucky that Ashela is alert, because a slight depression is the only warning that stops her from falling into a tentacle-filled pit when the floor crumbles under her. It wouldn't be too hard for her to get around it, but her lamia friends are another matter.

Ashela yelps quietly as the floor begins to crumble, stepping back quickly and holding out her arms, to stop the lamias from continue onwards incase they didn't notice the trap as quickly as she did. Ashela shuddered at the sight of the writhing tentacles. "Perhaps we should try the other side...", she murmured lowly. And if the Lamias agreed, she'd head over to the other passage with them in tow, even more cautious now that she knew there'd be traps around. If the Lamias however insisted on heading down the first passage, she'd reluctantly comply, and try to help them past the trap if they had problems doing so on their own.

Issah stares into the pit. "I wonder what's in the other side that's worth protecting like that. Let's see the other tunnel, then."

As the trio heads down the second tunnel, they find that it starts growing warmer soon. Ashela hasn't been going for long before she notices a strange draft of air that causes the torches to flicker.

Ashela shrugged at Issah's comment, and as she felt the warm draft, she looked around herself warily, high alert, trying to find the source of it. Hands clutching the grip of the axe, as she slowly headed down the tunnel, checking the floor often for more pitfalls by poking it with her axe, or asking Selash to poke with her spear.

As Ashela steps forward, the draft vanishes completely. A short search reveals a crack barely wide enough for a fingernail. It doesn't look quite natural, but if it's a secret door of some kind, there doesn't seem to be a way to open it.

Ashela would backtrack a little, and take a closer look at the crevice, nudging various areas of the wall or floor nearby, maybe pull a torch if any were hanging around, just trying anything that felt game-y enough. After spending a few minutes doing so, and if nothing was found, she'd sigh and continue down the tunnel, still wary of traps, delving deeper into the ruins.
