long story short, this update talks about how the author is working on refining the dot drawings (as can be seen in the picture posted above, with the far right being the refined product)

and the author talks about finishing the game within this fiscal year (in Japan, march 31 is the last day), but mentions how even that looks difficult

I wouldn't say you could "play" it...it's nothing more than very short animations that you just press a single button to progress. They're well done, loli aside, but it's not a game really.

Another update.

Along with this picture, he said in a nutshell (using a slightly more reliable translator then GT) that he's worried about his progress, the bird is going to somehow violate the girl, and says he might have to innovate somehow.
