For the door one, if you're referring to the one in the 4th stage (cave), it's really an anti-climax because:

Monsters started appearing and attacking villages, god (sinister one) saw this and while enjoying the torturing of the humans, decided to send an innocent stupid girl into battle (because she won't question him).
As Anise progress and defeat the bosses, she realized

they didn't provide a reason for why she got stuck there, the people who found her are adventurers exploring the cave (and they proceeded to rape her because, well I guess they are not good adventurers)

that the bosses are actually goddesses from different parts of the world banding together to defeat the real evil, the sinister god, who is actually killing off humans behind the scene. The monsters that are attacking the villages are just rogue monsters not belonging to the goddesses' army.
The sinister god controls the population because he fears for overpopulation, which would then lead to chaos. But at the same time he enjoys watching humans suffer anyway because he's perverted.
Which is why if you defeat him, you get the ending where humans overpopulate and started wars and chaos.

Yes, if I remember right Splatter School had a way around the censor by deleting a file, though I think if it was similar in this game somebody woulda mentioned it already.

Beating the 9th level (Unlocked it on my second playthrough.) will unlock a level select mode on the map and a second cgi gallery that has all the text instead of just the image, which is kind of weird but okay.

I believe the developer has included the full save in the game with it as well

Regarding the ?:
- スキルレベル=1 means the ' Ability' level, it seems, and how far you've upgraded it. Higher levels unlock things like double-jumping, as someone mentioned earlier in this thread.
- キャプチャー強化=1 means the one other enhancement you get, which I think improves your basic stats or something? Not entirely sure about that.
- 取得魔法：オナ=0 means the masturbation skill which heals you
- 残機数=2 is lives, as you guessed.

Generally I've found you want to edit the level values, lives, that last value to 1 and give yourself as many crystals as you can. The rest are upgrade values and are thus a given once you've spent all your crystals on the upgrade shop. And for the appropriate endings:
First, set the last value to 0, then-
1. Finish it with sex / give birth set to 0 for the ' good' ending.
2. Finish it with sex high, but no give births for the ' whore' ending.
3. Finish it with births set high ( I set mine to 30) for the ' monster' ending.
4. Now set the last value to 0 and proceed with any of the above. You should get the level 9 fight and if you win, you get the 'chaos' ending.

I just dont get it...i cant change the save stats in this game. Im playing it without applocale. And i put dev. savefile in the game directory and doesnt work either. The only thing i get unlocked are the CGs.

I can read some of those at least. I'm not sure how they affect the game exactly, though.

- キャプチャー強化=1 : The says Capture Strengthen (or Capture Reinforce or Capture Fortify). I'm not sure what it's supposed to mean out of context.
