If you have, see if other VX based game has the same issue. VI looks ok on my rig, but I have other glith on every VX game at fullscreen (VI included).

I doubt graphics card has any impact on RM games whatsoever. VX and/or VX Ace supposedly supports hardware acceleration, but FPS gain is not that great compared to XP, but it's hard to tell as VXs uses newer version of Ruby which is generally faster, not to mention reworked scripts and other optimizations. No doubt that graphical engine in VXs did receive some love, e.g. "native" application window size change. There's also chance that there is some kind of hardware acceleration and that it is responsible for various graphical glitches like Crza's or mine (jittering vertical bar changing position at every screen refresh).

I took a screenshot for you. It's not even performance related, it's just....framing, I guess? Arms Devicer does the same thing to me as well. If there's a way to just boost the resolution higher than 640x480 that'd be fine too. Note that the black part is what I'm seeing on the screen and the white part is Paint filling in the rest.

changing resolution of game itself needs to be coded by game author - IIRC, neither one supports this
only two things come to mind, and both are longshots:
-meddling with game options:
-- open game.ini file and change line: Library=RGSS202J.dll to Library=RGSS202E.dll - not necessary, but will make options in english
-- try different combinations of first two options (restarting the game when changing full screen one)
-setting system resolution:
-- use windows or nvidia control panel to set desktop/main display resolution to 640x480
-- if you have two or more monitors, disable all but main

I know that they're bit extreme, but nothing else comes to mind - other than that, try browsing official RPGMaker forums - maybe there someone has glitch like yours and managed to resolve it

There is good soft called sizer,it only don't work for woolf games an rpg maker 2000, but u can lover your desktop resolution, for this kind of games

Resize/Enable also works well for RPG Maker games. Simply enables stretching of window size. Does not have proportional option and must be re-enabled after any reboot.

Yeah as it turns out the easiest way is to just lower my system's resolution as far as I can lol. Thank you for the help! A lot of it went just so far over my head I didn't know what to say lol

Having problem with H scene 30

After killing Demon - in undies I go to Blacksmith use mirror (can hear his noughty thoughs) then I click him 100 times and never I get 3 choices ...

Any ideas ?

Do u need to have very high Hlevel ?

I can check the trigger but AFAIK the only thing you ever needed was 100+ H level (99 is the max you can achieve while being a virgin) and to hear his thoughts. I'll edit this post after I checked it but make sure you have those requirements meanwhile.

EDIT: Sigh... this was troublesome..

Okay, the items calls a common event that calls a script that yada yada.

You need 150 H level and jacket off. (Ripped)

Here you go, I managed to find it on some old hard.

I also added a full-screen script now. Press F5 when you start the game to go fullscreen. This script keeps the window ratio so it looks awesome.

The main site of the creator said that he has been working silently on his next game. Comments there speculate its main character is a male and enemies female with breakable clothes which you can harass them once broken.
Others wanted a continuation of the original series and suggested virgin island 2 because they love leafy* so much.
* leafy is the main female protagonist of this game.

What do you guys think?

I always had the name down as Liffi... but whatever.

Anyhow, KCreateRoom's blog hasn't been updated in ages (last update January). I'd settle on knowing that they're doing something, and haven't disappeared into the ether.

Would I want a continuation of Liffi's story? Not really. This game is nice and well contained, and I'd worry that any continuation would overstay it's welcome. Also, playing this game now and contrasting it to some more recent H-games, it becomes apparent that the game is actually pretty basic - there'd need to be some innovation for any sequel.

Would I rather KCreateRoom do a game with a female MC rather than a male? Yes. But that's because I've never been a fan of male MC's in H-games, because it always seems to be some variation on run around sleeping with women, which I find kinda dull. A large chunk of male-MC games feature very weak/simple female characters, and that's never been something I'm interested in.
