It's amazing how much replayablity can be added to this game with color adjustments.
Sadly I lack the eye for making decent looking color palettes, I'm the visual equivalent to tone-deaf in that regard.
Now that I think about it, Shinobi Girl could use some recolors, too.
You can change shapes but you are looking at hundreds of changes. It's not just "replace the hair and it will be replaced everywhere". You have to change the apropiate shape (in this case, the hair) in each scene. Some shapes are also different from scene to scene, so you also need to have the shape you want to put there for the required position. Otherwise, It will look weird to have the same hair with different perspectives. most of the shapes that you must put in the game also have to be vectorial images (.svg's).
Sorry for the time it took me to reply , been busy alot lately . Well , if it's really hard , then you can do it only on one of the red ball animations ( preferably not the Dark Magician Girl one ) , if your still up for it thats is . I'll PM you some details right away .

!It's save to have a Copy of the folder to prevent errors while mingling with the hex-colors!
1. You open Flashbulb
2. Click on the Tab "File" then on "Open ..."
3. A Pop-Up will appear. Now open the game folder (Folder with "Witch Girl.swf")
4. Now open the "data" folder of the game folder
5. Now open any .swf-file to edit the shape colors
5.1 Explenation of the data folder:
data001.swf consists of all the shapes of the Witch Girl while standing/masturbating/moving etc. Thus, this file can be named as her own character shape BUT NOT her shapes while being raped; 3P-Rape; Game-Over-Screen-Rape.
data-d-001a.swf consists of a rape shape. To be precisely, Mob_#1 version A.
data-d-001b.swf consists of a rape shape, Mob_#1 version B.
Every data-d-0xxy.swf file ("x" for number; "y" for version) is a Rape Shape.
data-g-001.swf consists of a Game-Over-Screen-Rape shape. To be exactly, Game-Over_#1
etc.
data-gb-001.swf consists of the 3P-Rapes.
omake.swf for the bonus.
mob20.swf is for nothing (I guess).
And the "Witch Girl.swf" itself contains the shapes for overlays (i. e. Story-Screens).
6. After you chose a swf.-file, click again on the File-Tab, but now on "Filters" and go to "Replace Shape Color ...".
7. Another Pop-Up will spawn and showing you two entry fields. Source RGBA is for the Hex-Color you want to edit and Destination RGBA for the color you want to change to.
8. After you entered your desired Hex-Colors (Alpha/Transparency is also useable), click on the OK-Button. Flashbulb will search for the Source RGBA and changes it to the Destination RGBA.
9. Now, you've to save the file to apply the changes. Click either again on the File-Tab to save or on the Floppy Disk with a green arrow to the right and overwrite.
The next time you start the game now, the colors should've been changed for the chosen shape in the chosen swf.-file.
Note: This is the way to change ONE color in ONE .swf-file, thus not for the entire game.
Also, there is a way to change several colors at once in one .swf-file to fasten your moddings. But try one at a time right now to understand what you're doing.
Edit1: I've added the Hex-Color list as a .txt-file in the attachments.
Edit2: So, recently I started my Ms. Little Chocolate update and hope that the color of her underwear fits her outfit. Since the pantsus have the same hex-color as about seven other different shapes I've to change them all one by one manually with my fap-hand.
I've added a sample image of her and hope that the color isn't that distracting for your guys eyes.
Edit3: So, after searching red pantsu after red pantsu I finally completed it. I assume that koooonsoft won't do any big implemenations anymore (I hope so), thus this will be my final project. I also doubt that there are still mistakes with the hex-colors, above all, all her pantsu/skirt should be fixed now. But if there is still something I've overlooked, I'll correct it.
Edit4: Since megaupload denied my link, I'll upload it again on Zippyshare. If nobody requests it within 30 days, that will be it then, folks!

The bad news: My Google Drive just got nuked by DMCA claims, and since only people with the links I posted here had access to the files, it is safe to assume that someone either found this thread that did not approve of my methods, or the links have been shared somewhere else. This has happened before on different threads, so I am discontinuing all GDRIVE operations. sry bby
The good news: Mega links shall continue! Also, so long as mega stays cool, it will be my sole means of providing entertainment to the masses AKA you.
The "PDAYTM" news: all uploaded files will now be .rar files. The ability to download individual data files will no longer be supported. I highly doubt anyone cares about that, though. This will also prevent missing sprite errors and download corruptions, in theory.
I'll leave whatever didn't get DMCA nuked up on GDRIVE for as long as it stays up, but I'm not checking on it.
