From our Russian friends




. You take a paper that found in a locker at a fax machine, and connects it with the photo of skeletons.
2. Sends the documents via fax.

... Here begins the scene with Captain ...

This will reach the scene with Captain


Edit I did the opposite with the levers and it worked for me and others too
