If she's between you and exit from the room, then yeah, try throwing holy water and when they approach make distance with backflip. If not, and exit is not far away, jump away from her in direction of exit. If location is not surrounded by walls, and there's another way close by, you can try running for it and jumping.
Belle, boss from City High Road can give you Lycanthrope debuff if you lose to her. To treat it you have to go doctor from England at Watermill and select second option from dialogue. I think it covers bother lycanthrope and rabbitthope. Be vary though, lycanthropy is kinda heavy debuff in second phase, so do this only if you are able to escape after that.

Oh I see, then treat is cure. But isn't that doctor disappear to somewhere else already?

I actually beat plant summoning girl at lv1 no problem on a brand new game. (Same with every other mob in forest, boss requires scroll though) It just takes some practice with the longsword and positioning. (They are difficult because they take 1/4 damage from bullets and has lv1 divinity)
1) Weapon enchant (Lv3 divinity will make killing it a lot easier)
1.1) Make sure counter is on
2) Redemption
3) Angelic Halo
4) While facing the plants at 135 degrees (Counter only active in front and diagonal of the front) approach
5) Swipe until dead
5.1) Protector's oath when you need it
Position requires that you are at least 3 squares away from the plant girl before she summons. (If your next to her before she summons plants, your dead period.)
After summon, the first thing is redemption to paralyze/purify. If you get grabbed instead, just angelic halo (won't move) otherwise, angelic halo if you won't be jumping in the middle of the mobs. (Aim diagonally if you have to, its ok to overshoot, just not being surrounded) Backflip when you are being surrounded and keep the enemies facing you. As long as the enemies are within the 135 degrees and you are next to one of them, you are fine. (Might angelic haloing a second time though)
Note: Do not use sword's acute, walking is safer. (Due to sword's acute and angelic halo canceling counter) You can use guns to cleanup, but never to start off. You desperately need the damage from redemption and/or angelic halo at low levels. (These mobs doesn't turn regen hp)
The above works for all summoning mobs. Except Initiate and Reaper. You need a certain amount of level/gears for those due to enemy raw damage. (Especially Initiate's minion, is a fricken monster hitting over 50 dmg & stun)

The Reaper's ranged scythe attack is liable to inflict silence, which can be fatal if his spectre friends are nearby with other support to rip into you while your special abilities are locked down. The Granite blade with a few status-ailment essences more or less rips him into tiny pieces.
The Arachne and summoned arachnids aren't too bad so long as one isn't surrounded, they're so intent on their webbing attack that they end up webbing themselves which aids crowd control. Kill the Arachne quickly before her summon ability cooldown expires and there shouldn't be too many problems with the leftovers even with basic gear.
The revenant and his ghoul minions have somewhat strong poison attacks and the ability to strip clothes. What I find annoying is the revenant has to be killed within a single combat round otherwise the summoned ghoul minions always end up surrounding the PC, necessitating use of the charging special move (forgot the name, it's the leftmost ability on one of the shortcut menus) to regain position in order to clean them out one by one starting with the revenant.
The Banshee and her summoned spectre minions are found as early as the underground river, but her AI is weird in that she'll summon and then try to ambush the player later. Spectre default attack does all sort of annoying status effects but fortunately they're relatively easy to kill. As mentioned earlier in the post with the big strategy guide, identifying where the invisible banshee and spectres are located is an easy task, just hold Q and there'll be a combat log message indicating something is right in front of the PC when the correct direction is faced.
Not to mention that the initiate is normally a monster most players only see after they've more or less cleared the game and isn't any slouch with multiple magic attacks at 60-70 damage each. The Minion's immortality feature is a real pain as well, just as well one of my spare weapons is enchanted with earth3 which does the job nicely.

1) check if enemies are close
2) check hp > 120
3) mentally duck for cover
4) Fire in the hole!
And then its fire and forget and watch everything dies. One mistake and PC dies off along with them.

Update 2: Burial Blade is a horrid excuse for a overpowered melee weapon with too much durability. Add any elements and its a Lv3 Divinity weapon that has the same defense ignore as piercing bullets.

Ok finally, today Belle thrown out lycanthrope for me. I rushed to doctor, treated, got 1 animal essence, then I returned to the mirror. IT DOES NOT LET ME PURCHASE!!!!. Do i have to enter 2nd phase of lycanthrope?

Apparently Burial blade only require 2 slotted granite blade to have 1 slot in it. Its requirement is softer than Cross-fire P8's 1 slot. I used my 3 slot anyways, since I can never have enough etc to upgrade everything. (4 Weapons is ideal)
I believe red stars essence are a rare drop from Monster Floor alternative coloring version of mobs. Haven't tested it out, but I do hope its something other than pregnancy. (Since that's the way to get purple essence)

Max-Slot Gears versus Over-Slot Gears:
New definition, max-slot gears as we know is max slotted equipment in the item compendium.
Over Slot gears are specific gears with red essence that cannot normally be gotten. For example, using my gears as example: Lv3 Str,Lv3 Def, Lv2 Para. These normally require 1 extra slot of Lv2 + Lv1 for strength and defense, and 2x Lv1 Para for Lv2 Para. Most of them are also red-star drops that no one has gotten yet.
If these essence are present, you effectively have max slot+1, given that they requires 2 slot to acquire normally.
For clothing, its especially important:
If a 3 slotted-clothing has a Lv3 dex red essence, the other 2 slot are free resulting in the capability of a sailor fuku along with stats boost of the former. i.e. 2x passive buff on your PC.
All of the above woulda been a non-factor if Over-slotted gears are a random drop. But they are not, and is possible to slot expand them to max slots.

My PC's record isn't clean because I'm not always careful and get caught by the purple orb trap (rape memories) and the vibrator trap (which I have no idea how to dispel hence my 16% progress towards vibrator addiction).
If what DragonPaladin says is true, then there's not really that much doing a virgin runthrough except for personal satisfaction.
I'm starting to believe that clean max-slot rapiers and limbfires don't exist as drops in normal difficulty. I've made it to level 30 on the city road with semi-complete clears, have picked up at least two copies of max-slot sailor suit and shell bikini yet am no closer to finding those two elusive items.
I'm postponing getting lycanthropy for later whilst I gather some cash for a few upgrades at the blacksmith. Just to clarify what's needed for animal essence (and stray cat):
Step 1: Enable Futanari in the game options.
Step 2: Let Belle have her way with you, don't resist her advances and hope she inflicts futanari, lycanthropy and gets pregnant violating you.
Step 3: Head to the watermill to be cured of your conditions.
Step 4: With the animal essence at hand, go to the blacksmith with a goth suit to receive stray cat.
Did I miss anything above?
Maiden essence has now been renamed to sister's essence, the requirement for getting a cardinal's robe. Oddly enough using the confirmation interface at a random fireplace showed an upgrade from sister's robe to another sister's robe. Perhaps I'll have to wait until I actually reach the blacksmith before seeing the mythical cardinal's robe.

No way to dispel vibrator, but its disappears if you make it to a new area/safe zone. When I get hit by one of these 2 dreaded traps, I usually just F12 restart and that's an instant end to the run. (yes, that's how hardcore I am with my PC's history. Plus the fact I haven't save-scummed even once *Fish-eyes*)
Its personal satisfication and PC's puppy eyes makes me feel guilty.
Monceber has a dropped clean max-slot rapiers. I got a silver essence first slot max-slot limbfire. I also crafted a clean max-slotted limb-fire as well.

No one tried getting impregnated by a banshee? If she has the ability, using her is probably best since spectres have the ability to strip clothes which stops them from getting shredded during the violation.

I think they are like auto-maids, they don't actually give futa, but still have CG's if you have the status effect. (Getting one impreg'ed is a pain too, they spend more time running away then doing anything else.) The skin color is okay (Using it right now.), but I'm more interested in the unimplemented hair that you unlock.
I started doing hard mode in hopes of good essences and gear, but maybe camping the dwarf seems to be the better option... But who knows, perhaps an elaborate and expensive means to upgrade essences will exist later.

Have fun camping drawf, cause it isn't save and reload and see new catalog. Due to the fact that only a few weapons is loaded each time you spend long enough in dungeons, the list renews slowly. OTOH, its definitely safer and perhaps more efficient. (Drop generation being what it is even at floor 30ish)
The exception is visitng drawf in another area. For example, when I got the drawf to show up in the small house next to the graveyard, the catalog contains a brand new set of weapons, including the screenshotted sky shooter. Go into dungeon long enough and visit different places where the drawf might appear is probably an interesting and rewarding experience. PC has changed class! PC has changed class to drawf's stalker follower! PC has obtained Over-Slotted Weapon! Too bad PC will never obtain max-slotted clothing this way.
