Yes indeed. You can also get a decent orange armor in first town, it seems this armor can't be damaged or takes too long to break. The one with armor on breasts.

You can move the boulders by getting the power glove from the desert temple.
You have to run through the fiery area before you freeze it and go left on the last map. It's in one of the 4 chests.
Also, keys can be bought from the fairy you save (She's under the bridge in the desert town after you accept the quest from the master fariy or w/e) they're on the island that you unlock after quest 3 (haunted mansion)

Ah, no, sorry. What I meant was if there is a penalty for getting hit with those attacks. In Magika it was your sanity meter, etc.

You can buy bombs from the shop, I think you get access to them after the first flame has been gotten. They hit everyone and have a slight chance to cause burning.

I already got a partial up on page 8. its all the items, menu and quests from the Demo. I'm currently getting all the stuff done that was added in the full release.

how can i finish blacksmith quest?
Blacksmith asks for a (permanently) enchanted sword to examine. From demo - I haven't played full game yet. Believe that he examines it and returns.
Each H-attack raises your karma level. I don't know how to check that level or what it effects.

Initially the guy just teases her then at some point when he tries to invite her with him, she calls him 'the worst' (basically for trying to take advantage of her)
Then in the demo, if your karma is high enough she'll be too drunk to care and he gets her to the inn, the demo cut the scene off there.
Then when I copy that save (cheated to max karma at 100), to the main game, she basically tempts him to take her.

The karma level is on the right side on the menu when you open it up i believe) some % (left side % is satisfaction I think). It seems to go down randomly... and or possibly bugged. At one point I got to 6%, but it dropped to 3% and hasn't moved for awhile (even for events that say karma raised)...

I think you're thinking of the Critical Strike rating. the Karma meter is below that.

"回避率" : 9% (evade chance)
"カルマ" : 0 (karma)
you see your karma after open menue("c" for me)), just above your gold value.

its probably somewhere in one of the area's that was available in the Demo, cause it was one of the demo items. that should kind of narrow things down a bit.
