Also, i think the evasion rate formula might be broken or something; I got 93 evasion and Fran can't dodge a single thing...

Every auto trigger works with the latest scripts file in my mega, including the restoration of apparently missing weapon animation.

Also to those waiting for a new translated map pack: I have 2 maps left (2nd floor bar and jail cg) and I will post it by tomorrow or Thursday evening.

edit: Good news fellow pervs! Just finished 2nd floor bar. Onto the jail. Guess I could post the files tonight. Or tomorrow. <-- ignore
edit 2: TERRIBLE NEWS! Something happened and I lost my translations for the bar and jail. This means I will have to delay the release >< sorry dudes. It must have been that read only state file.

Have no clue. The file I am using and posted was in pack posted by juliandro18 here. I have practically zero knowledge of code.

I do know that you can use a file comparison tool to check where differences in code are in 2 different files... Here is one such .

I literally have to manually translate everything line by line. There is no source I can use that I can just insert the file and press translate and call it a day. I go map by map, copying the japanese text into Chiitrans and I read the romanji. I don't even bother reading the english translation because 99% of the time it's nonsense.

If you know a way to translate it better and faster it will make my life a lot easier.

You have unpacked it with all-decrypter right? If you did unpack it, did you also create a new game file with the decrypter, or more specifically, a new RVPROJ2 file? And last but certainly not the least, are you using the correct RPG Maker, RPG Maker VX Ace?

Yep and I'm using that exact one RPG Maker.

Did you place those folders into the game folder and delete the encrypted file?

Yep, I did. Wait, you mean I need to make a project from scratch, then place the 2 folders in it and run it? Will try that.

No one said complicated. Just takes a shit ton of time. Just as the creator typed the story line by line so do I have to translate it that way. There is a create project option. Do you have a paid version of RPGmaker?

Yep.

No don't create a new project just make a RVPROJ2 file using all decrypter and place that file into the game file.
Did that, I opened the rgss3a file in decrypter, hit generate game.rvproj2, then moved the generated file in the base game folder, still didn't open something on rpg maker.

It bloody worked thanks! I hadn't deleted the rgss3a file, then it popped up something about removing read-only and let me open the project.




edit: I'm back with more questions now.

So I fiddled around a bit with the maps, this guy has done some nice job, wish I could do those scripts and stuff(yeah well if you could, you'd make games for a living haha).

Now let's say I wanna translate something(picked Sandra/Sandora since sorter is doing the 1st town, if I don't royally fuck up I could be useful). After translating some npcs, I wanted to save it and see what was modified file-wise. Well, not only the map file was altered, but also Actors/Animations/Armors/Classes/++ were modified at the same time. The thing is, I only translated 10 lines or so, nothing else. So if I just upload the map file, will it be ok for others to use, or will it break their games because I'll have to upload some other files as well?

If you are translating the map then all you need to pass along is the map files you changed.

Also I decided to skip the CGs for the bar and jail (except the first CG when she is infested with parasites and the first panty pull CG) until later and release the maps I have done. All in all 53 maps. Will edit this post to let you know when I have posted it.

Oh you've done more than the first town, so I guess you did Sandra too? Anyway, if you've left something untouched do tell me so I can try out those.

No I haven't done Sandra. If you feel up to it go for it. Hope your english is good. I'd suggest taking a look at my phrasing on certain things so that it doesn't seem odd to the players.

Anyhow. As I said I have uploaded the second part of my map translations. It includes Markid (all but Jail and 1st floor CGs), Tower of Yggdrasil, Bandit Stronghold, all ports, the snake valley northwest of Markid, Bone Eating Valley, Haunted Mansion, Sandrite Mine and Sunlit Forest northeast of Markid.

I have also tried doing the signposts so please check those and tell me if the text positions are odd. I am referring to those signposts like the one south of Markid that points towards Sandra and Markid provinces.

I have also updated Troops, Items, commonevents and skills.
I will also finish those CGs prolly this weekend.

Please playtest and tell me of any oddities. Otherwise I cannot fix them ^^.

Chiitrans 4? They update that? I still am at chiitrans2. Where do I get it?
