Yay for someone picking up. I'm translating only Bad End these days, then I have 2 more games I wanna make partials for, and then if this goes well and it's all in english, I might start making some end-game content like I originally wanted.

Wooo! People like you are heroes. I am so happy with so many games either being made in English or being fully translated right now... Partials and machine translation are good, but nothing beats a fully understandable h-game, especially if the dialogue is good.

Should I just drop this game and pick it up after and IF it gets translated? Because as of right now I don't want to go through several pages of this thread just to find out that there probably isn't an answer for everything. My searching has yielded no English walkthrough for this game yet.

Also having problems getting Chiitrans or whatever hook-translator programs working (though don't try and help me here since that topic belongs in a different thread entirely).

It seems a lot of reading is required to progress and the story is one of those ones that are best when fully translated. The last game I played that was like this was the Soul of Knights one and that was pretty good but I only ever got the general summary of the story. I don't want that to happen for this game either...

Right so, managed to find Etigoya's walkthrough and finished the game, it covers the important bits. The only things I have left are where to find the costume item "服を脱ぐ" which is basically a strip to completely naked option. The other skills and items I probably just had bad RNG in finding. Definitely a great game.

I have no intention of being an ass, but i seriously doubt yariel will rise from his grave to finish the translation, reasons are :

- I'm from indonesia too, and i can access ulmf just fine, yes it's blocked by the ISP, but by simply changing dns i can open ulmf for almost 2 years already.
- When yariel annoucing his difficulty accessing ulmf, i tried offered him free vpn to bypass ISP restriction but he doesn't responded in any way.

So, either yariel moved to somewhere rural where internet is not available for the rest of his life, or he just simply retired and does not has any intention to continue translating ariadne.

Again, i'm not being an ass here, i simply saying to you people to not waiting for yariel. Let us hope for m1zuki finish the rest. God bless you m1zuki, bring us miracle.

I've been working on it every day, don't worry.
The progress log so far:
All Coldia maps/events should be complete
All battle H scenes should be complete (except cyclops)
All prison maps and events should be complete
Water temple should be complete
Preliminary edits/revisions on all maps so far
Ceres monastery complete
Endoll mines complete
All Endoll city maps should complete...
Except for the underground pub and inn H scenes.
Working on these next.
The arena and its thousands of scripts should finally be complete.

Also it might be early (or late?) but since the end of Ariadne is hopefully within sight, I finally slapped together

It's that you are technically distributing someone else's work.

That's true. Some people have asked if I had a patreon so I threw one up without thinking too much about it. You're right though I will take down any full downloads so I don't cause creators to lose any profit and just distribute translations.

Yes, I considered that as well when I added translations to my Patreon. Granted, most people pledge for the original game. I would recommend only uploading the translated files, as you mentioned in your last post. Setting up a Patreon is an easy way to collect a few donations. Someone wants to donate, just pledge one month and stop.

Honestly, supporting the original authors for games you like is beneficial to us all anyways.

I am pretty much finished translating the game except for the CG room. I'm contemplating if I should retranslate all the CG scenes just for the sake of consistency or to just copy and paste yariel's work in there.

I didn't get to test play or revise much text yet so there may be pockets of untranslated text or typos. Downside of not translating/playing through the whole game myself is I might have lost the context on some dialogue. Will try and do a revision run, or you guys can PM me or something if you find anything.

Also put up my patreon due to requests but nuked my patreon due to even more requests.

edit : my mistake, that stat is for default/starting stamina in battle, max stamina have always been 100
