Yeah, there were a lot of intrinsic code changes as well as changes to how some of the quest variables are used. That way be bugs, my friend.

On a happier note, why would you want to? The November version lets you have a gallery of sex scenes, and even if you had October_p3 or whatever, you can keep your saved gallery data by copying replay.rvdata2 to the new folder.

thnx found that out the hard way and i also deleted oct's folder which had me replay file in it lol i only got my save files cause i uploaded them here lol

Anyone else wondering what the stronghold in Fairy Side will be like? I'd imagine that a fey shapeshifter would choose a different sort of home than the regular HC protagonist, and even if the places were superficially identical the perspective of the character would be different.

I'm guessing there might be more focus on local nature spirits. It'd be cool if you allied with or recruited entities from local forest. Maybe you'll even live in some kind of magical glade or underground grotto.

Tangentially, I get the feeling that a party of fey would be utterly brutal in terms of debuffs. Dryads could entangle, nereids/undines soak the enemy with water (weigh them down, make it harder to see, more lightning/cold vulnerability), oreads could soften the earth to make enemies sink in.

MWL has generated her own tilesets for the protagonist's "home" and so far it looks great. It will be very different from the Hero's manor, too. I've also been working on Fairy Side's version of the daily sidequests, and that will also be a very different sort of experience as well.

I hope MWL doesn't get mad at me for giving too much away, but the protagonist for Fairy Side- who generally goes by "the Changeling" at meetings, btw- is being designed mechanically as an inverse of the Hero. Where the Hero is a buffer, the Changeling is a big time debuffer with an answer to every one of the Hero's skills. For example, the Changeling's version of Blazing Aura will drain enemy mana and can be upgraded for an added Magic debuff.

I didn't make ALL the tiles ^_^- just a few! a lot of them are from a great DA artist. will def throw a link in the credits because her work is so awesome and she's generous to let anyone use it however they wish.

The Hero and The Changeling also swap up in terms of how they start. the Hero starts with a decent standing in the Adventurer's Guild but needs to obtain his house. The Changeling already has a home in the Fae Realm, and has to worm their way into the guild~ XD

I think me and Noah want both games to feel fresh and new for every one! (~* 3*)~

no waaayy XD if anything I'm more of a blabbermouth then you!! ahaha
Some if not all of the characters (human or otherwise!) have a bit of a twist to them in terms of game play and archetype/trope!

Nice, I'm looking forward to January.

Also, this is the first run in HC where I found the 100000 sil in the counter in room 1 of the first dungeon, and I wanted to say thanks again for putting all these funny little details into the game.

The starter town redesign looks kinda nice at first glance. Liking all the new signs. A few areas feel much denser, but that may be a good thing. Less wasted space, and I didn't feel overwhelmed by details.

Bug/typo report:

In the second edition of the December build, after fighting the orc boss at the end of "Na Na, Why Don't You Get a Job", there is dialog and an H scene with Florine. "... Why are you talking like that? I know you rescued me, and I'm greatful!"

The bolded word should probably be "grateful"

Also, in previous builds, you get a different H scene when Elaiya is in the party, but that didn't show up this time. I had a party of Hero, Felix, Meline, and Elaiya.

In the Southport Townhouse, on the second floor, the chest appeared as soon as I entered the area. I didn't and couldn't interact with the pentagram puzzle.

After you've recruited the blacksmith and are upgrading weapons, "Hey, my litter sister has this stick and I have this orb thingy, can you do something with that?"

Twice now, I've had a little chat between Elaiya and Doll appear when I pass the left bush in front of the Northmarket bank. Is there something significant about that spot, or is it just one of several random party chat spots?

Right after clearing out the Kellos soldiers with Kyrie in "Ain't no Party Like a Search Party", I was warped to the eastern townhouse instead of the manor. When I went into the eastern adventurer's guild for the reward, the guildmaster and guild clerk just gave their stock lines. Kyrie's party was present, and they thanked the protagonist for the rescue. The quest is still listed as incomplete. The townhouse was bought several days before heading into the mountains.

Nekochan: The new quest is broken. I can't get the key to work on the thing.

No Moshing: Oh, okay. I can check on that. Do you mind re-playing the quest again, or do you want me to skip you ahead to where you don't need the key anymore?

Nekochan: Is it okay to skip ahead?

No Moshing: It's 11PM on Christmas Eve. What could possibly go wrong with the one little room?

Huh. Wasn't expecting things to resolve like that. With the rep workaround and quest fix, I think I saw all the new events. Definitely curious to see where things go with Raina and Gargan from here. So did you just walk off and leave Gargan unconscious on the stage after beating the demon? The game cuts to a random scene in the harem after you take the boss down and you have to go back to the town and talk to the priest for your reward.

The ending, unfortunately, ended up a bit rushed and it'll get expanded a little bit in the future once I have a "lying down/injured" sprite for Gargan and Female!Gargan's face set has been properly recoloured and formatted. Also, the ending was going to lead immediately into a "find a cure for Gargan's curse" quest that is in planning atm, but I didn't want to deal with a deluge of bug reports along the lines of "this quest is broken".

For now, you can find Gargan's stand-in sprite lying in bed in the Servant's Quarters.

hi there, i've just downloaded the game and i get this error. RPGVXAce RTP is required to run this game and i know the software is installed, i also uninstalled it and reinstalled software. Any help would greatly be appreciated. thanks

Unfortunately, I can't with that. You best bet is to look up the RPG Maker VX Ace technical help forum, and ask there.
