So it means there is no lottery anymore and we can just play as long as there is an available server?

Once you select a server, you're locked in on that account.

If you're seeing the server list, that means the lottery isn't open at the moment. You're only in once you see the server list during a lottery, when you should be seeing cats.
Yesterday they had a big server opening event from like 10 to 12pm PST for 10,000 spots, but I missed it. As per usual, the regular lottery begins tonight at 1:30am PST.

Also nicolas, how the heck did you get Shokaku already? D: I only have Soryu and Akagi, and my last 6 times trying to craft a Battleship just give me light and heavy cruisers ;_;.

So its not porn? Hmmm, seems like a waste of time then, there are better free online games out there. I guess people have their own taste so if you got all that free time, go for it. I just seriously hope people aren't playing it just for the girls though, cuz that would be ugh.

Why is it a waste of time if it's not porn? It's currently extremely popular in Japan, and slightly known overseas as well.

I don't think anyone would bother playing a browser game for porn anyways.

Why do people pay almost three games' worth of money to play WoW yearly when the players have obviously been enslaved by the system? Why do people watch type-B anime? Because they think it's fun.

I seriously hope you don't play porn games instead of getting a girlfriend, by your logic. ._.

Also, looks like the submarines are now craftable and can be found in maps 3 and 4.

Dangit, you have the third fleet too. I don't have a smart phone, it's not cost efficient. Do you spend any money on this? I know lots of people buy docks and stuff.

She's Tenryu, she's an okay Light Cruiser, but she's popular because of her character design.

dont waste your resource like that, add 1 or 2 strong destroyer(hibiki, Shimakaze, Yukikaze...) or i168(great tanker) or light cruiser (kitakami, izusu, nagara, ooi-kaini...) or chitose or chiyoda

I'm sitting on 2k fuel and 3k steel, I have enough resources. I don't have any of those destroyers or submarines, and I'm training Kitakami on another group. Isuzu is okay but she does pretty much 0 damage, so I switched her out.

Almost all of the ships you listed are considered rare or uncommon.
