After every battle, of course. If you don't resupply them you do less damage.

Then how do you have so much resources?

Nothing will change unless you try logging in when the lottery is happening. That's how you'll know. If you can choose a server during the lottery, you're in;.

I log on before the lottery that is happening today 15 mins before it, at first I can see full servers after 3 refresh suddenly you didnt made it to the lottery cat :v but 5 mins left till the start of the lottery >.<.. lol not sure if they hate me or just unlucky haha or maybe they hate early players who tries to log in :v...

Do only what they say. make sure you clear your cache, and then refresh every 5-10 minutes. make sure you clear that cache each time!

so strange... even if the lottery ended my window didnt change even if I clean my cache o-o. I made a new acct to check and it goes to a full server window.. going back to my original one still gives me that "You didnt made it to the lottery picture".. strange e.e (I already deleted my cache)

Then you have to attempt the next lottery. Simple as that.

Try using a program like CCleaner to completely remove the cache.

Is there any rarity system in this game,so far i didn't see any rarity indicator in the card.
Btw this game will be ported to PSV and here i hope they will port it to smart phone first :/

Rarity I think is based on the color of the background.

What it means is your Aircraft Carriers are using Bauxite (4th resource) to replenish their aircraft when you resupply. When you use multiple CVs, the per run cost for bauxite can run pretty dang high.
