Giving this game a bump. It's actually much better than what I expected.
Other than the difficulty in hard actually requires understanding of Japanese and tactics to win battles. (Especially when you arrive at a new area) In normal, battles are fairly straight forward (minus おひい様's mood) and quite fun. The h-scenes are well done and full voiced, and are quite erotic. A lot of the humor are missing if you cannot read it though.
Story is icha icha, love love, waku waku, doki doki. Makes you want to facepalm due to the x9001 sugar level. おひい様's mood is a brand new system that's really awesome to play around with. Depending on how you react/chance it goes every where from SP regeneration to 100% counter and all status up. Itazura (playful), love love, eager, and best conditions can be manipulated and unlocks skills, increased status, and sp regen in battle. (Which is vital in anything normal difficulty or higher)
Losing to bosses for the first time gets a reverse NTR h-scene, and a powerful item. I play as pure route as usual, so I am out of luck in that powerful item department.
PS: space invader mini-game was havoc and fun. Use it to gain a lot of money early game, in the 2nd area you need 30k to half-fix a ring and repair the wind fan from a old fan. (rare drop by black enemy)
Wind fan: is a vital weapon and only way to make the 2nd area bearable. It's fixed from a old fan by a purple spirit you see in the 2nd area. It has excellent status and gives the game's earliest and most effective aoe and allow you farm quickly.
