Tried out Lucille more and I think she is decent. Her skill doesn't change her block so she can still block while using her skill. I forgot that mode/stance change skills have text stating their block will be reduced to 0. Her attack speed doesn't really feel like it took a big hit. What I like about her is that she can do a chunk of damage against flying dragons with her skill. The flying dragon in Oasis can die in 3~4 hits depending on her skill level. She can be a decent air support from time to time, but targeting priority will make her attack a ground unit in her vicinity immediately. Nevertheless, I would really keep her around if those aqua dragons make a return. Being able to a deal high damage to them would make things easier.

Nevertheless, I would really keep her around if those aqua dragons make a return. Being able to a deal high damage to them would make things easier.
Too bad they come with 70% mdef... I assume Lucielle is magic damage, not true damage, right?

I had to check that and that is a concern, but Lucille's damage is very high while her skill in effect. Even if the MR reducing the damage is significant, the damage done to it can still be decent, especially for a unit that's providing some anti-air support. At 70% reduction, she will still do about 300 damage. Any damage helps and it's better than a melee unit standing by idly.

Another good aspect is that she can tank a boss while frying any goblin rush trying to slip through :p

Lucille as a Dragon Knight is inferior to Rune Lords, who are the most similar to her besides Sybilla (Rune Lords being a physical/magical technical 1-block unit, and Sybilla being a melee/range technical 1-block unit). Lucile's high cost is her largest detriment when Rune Lords can be as good, or better, than her in most other areas.

The weakest Rune Lord, Charlotte, can deal more melee physical and magical damage than Lucille, whereas Lucille deals more ranged magical damage. This is ignoring that Charlotte has a ranged physical attack, and an AW ability that gives her a 20% chance to attack twice; if her ability activates two times in 10 seconds (9+ strikes), then Charlotte can deal more ranged magical damage. Basically, if anyone has Sabine, Hores, or Charlotte, you're better off working on one of these three in the immediate future if you want what Lucille is currently offering in a superior package until Lucille's awakening is available who knows when.

Rough Comparison to Charlotte:
Based on Skill 6/10; 10 seconds, buffed by Prince (1.19x) and Aria (1.02x). CC70 Lucille and AW90 Charlotte.

Melee Physical Damage: Rune Lord (6597 > 6384)
Ranged Physical Damage: Rune Lord (4,617 > 0)
Melee Magical Damage: Rune Lord (8,379 > 7,092)
Ranged Magical Damage: Dragon Knight (7,092 > 5865)
Magic Resistance: Rune Lord (10% > 0%)
Defence: Dragon Knight (515 > 485)
HP: Dragon Knight (2,422 > 1877)
Cost: Rune Lord (22 > 30)

Sabine has extremely high offensive capabilities (at skill 3/5, she can deal 6791 ranged magical damage based on the above criteria), and Hores is much better for handling ranged magic. Charlotte's advantage is that she has more defence.

Ricca was introduced in July, and she doesn't have an awakening yet despite it being over 6 months. They introduced Chloe in June, and Marie in August, and both Angels and Sailors have their awakening. Nevertheless, I have a feeling that Lucille is going to suffer the same fate as Ricca and have her awakening come after six months as well. I currently have 16 copies of Lucille; I'm banking on her gaining an AoE magical ranged attack after her awakening. Feeding her copies after this event means I'll have Lucille battle-ready in case I need another ranged magical melee unit for some reason.

Going by the complaints in the Japanese community, there's also a chance that Lucille will have her cost reduced by a couple points like what they did for Samurai (Akane got a cost-reduction buff right after her event, and another at a much later date because no one deluded themselves into thinking Samurai were any good at their original and buffed costs). The first buff on January reduced Samurai by -3 points, and the second buff on September reduced Samurai by -1 and Samurai Masters by -2.

I feel you, I've fed 5 copies and I'm at -1 cost and +1 skill. :(

She was by far the "easiest" girl ive farmed, took me 10 copies to get -5/+5. No real place for her in my roster though, maybe after buffs/AW.

Finally dancers get their awakening! Hopefully all the Hana farming for both Hana and Mani is worth it :) Any idea what their AW / Class abilities will be?

Well at least this time I can forgive them since I'm excited for Priest Warriors and Dancers. One day Ricca, one day. Not like she isn't useful still even without an awakening. Some girls need their awakening by the time it comes, Ricca is still pretty solid right now, I use her a lot.

Interesting that they're placing AW maps on the weekend now, that may spell even more trouble for reinstated missions.

That was just a spoiler post the staff made 8 hours ago. They'll do a proper upcoming maintenance report on Wednesday. It's almost the end of the month, so we're going to get unit rebalancing and extreme-tier daily maps with the daily maps being re-organised.

Having new event makes me excited but knowing I can't focus on dailies to farm is a bit bad.
About extreme-tier dailies, do you think they will add those golden wolves in fairy dailies?:p

I was under the impression her ranged attack was aoe.... who in the nine hells thought a dragon's breath is single target.... As u say, she is just a rune fencer with more style....
Anyway, comparing an AW unit to a CC one is bit unfair. Of course thats what's available right now but I bet we will see all the dragons AW after this revival next month.

Got my tablet, whoo. It's actually a pretty good size, I was worried it'd be too small. Well that was a bit of a nightmare to install but holy crap, it's loading. 37/144 and 248721kb total lol. I hope this is easier in the future.


Holy shit, I can't believe it works. And it's incredibly smooth. I didn't expect it to run so well. Unit placement and skill usage is really easy and the framerate is great. It actually feels like it runs better than on my Alienware (in game anyways). It does have some delay between menus and such, but it's not too bad. Is there a way to quickly pause? I could see there being trouble when you need to quickly place units.

Top left corner, blue button with "menu" on it (then middle text to unpause). Or you can just use tab power button to turn off screen (right side, One fast click - I was using this way until someone told me about proper pause....).
I can't really play via website - it works really bad compared to tab/phone (and yes, I was using chrome).

EDIT:

@Longherin, playing via website was always "bad" for me, playing by firefox/opera was unbearable though.
I had one bug very often: when I clicked feeding one of my characters - her screen was clear, no info, no picture, nothing. So feeding was not possible.

Probably just the amount of programs I usually have running on my computer, but it does have some slow down.

On mobile it just feels "clean" I guess, not bogged down by anything, it's nice. The load times and everything are more consistent. Don't have to worry about youtube or other games slowing it down.

I had the opposite problem, Firefox was terrible with this game and I had to switch to Chrome.

Complete opposite for me, i could play Aigis just fine on FF, just rarely some short laggs.
Switched to Chrome and it's unplayable, it laggs immediatly after loading the game.
But PeroPero and Lord of Valkyrie are running perfectly on Chrome which is a huge upgrade since FF froze completly if i tried to play LoV.
