It's more useful for response and desynchronised healing strategies for low HP units like Princess Claudia. Some characters can die from 2 hits from a monster, and if your healer doesn't quickly respond before the second hit connects after the first one, then your unit is dead meat. Normally, the strategy for dealing with this is to deploy a healer right after the first attack, so they skip their wait frames and immediately begin with the healing frames, and then hope that your healers don't completely heal the character so they stay out of sync for the rest of the fight.

Here's Cornelia's new AW Skill:
AW Skill (55 seconds; Self: Defence and Magic Resistance 2.5x; Self: 20% Attack Nullification)
She gains a longer duration (+15) and magic resistance. This makes her about as good as Sophie for acting like a super-duper lightning rod.
EDIT 2:
Nanaly's CT for her AW Skill has been decreased from 45 to 40. Not that I had a problem with it since her skill is less of a no-brainer activate whenever type and more of a type where I have to wait until I see the whites of the enemies' eyes, but it's nice having it available sooner in case of an emergency.

Forgot to add that the Black Valkyrie Clissa has a Pre-AW ability as a Valkyrie that's the same as Ninja Hina's AW Ability (15% true damage).
