A majority of the units you posted in that team aren't duelists. Also, unless they buffed her attack, you need to raise your Mischa to CC43~ so she can one shot blue goblins and two shot red ones. Mischa's failing is that her low HP is eventually going to prevent her from handling certain opponents like the lich trio. For that reason, who you should raise should have a lot of HP.

Duelists:
Cypria, Ada, and Betty (Low HP, except Ada, particularly after she's awakened)
Viera and Reanbell (Low HP, Support Melee)
Rorone (High HP, Low Defence)
Zaram (Moderate HP, High Defence with Skill)

I know people have used Avenger Zaram to defeat difficult boss-type opponents, but that requires a delayed healer placement strategy where your healers are out of sync to prevent a boss from defeating him in two shots. Rorone is your best bet, though I would work on the Gold Valkyrie Carrie over her since she has magic resistance and a no-brainer skill (Strengthen Attack III).

That noodlebowl...I'm a little jealous as she would complete my attack passive dream setup.

When I think of duelist I think of a unit that can survive whatever it's tanking and anything else thrown at it. Dealing damage is always a plus. From my definition that leaves only some of the units but I'll comment on whatever I can. I don't think of Betty, Cypria, and Gina as duelists because they are all situational where I would drop them to gank something or stop an initial rush. I don't like relying on the dodge for them to survive things as their hp pool is low enough where if they get unlucky then they die. Alternatively they put pressure on your healers because they've taken so much damage which ends up making something else die. Either way I don't like it.

Ada and Chloe really shine in situations where you've given them skill levels and out of them I like Chloe the most. She's got solid stats and is able to attack 2 things out of her 3 block as a CCed unit with skill active. Her cost is fairly low for her utility and you get the added benefit of her being a lightning rod for ranged attacks when she's locked up in chains. You need to activate her skill for her to be able to attack things so your mileage may vary.

I wouldn't want my sailors even remotely tanking anything. When something gets close I just want to activate their skill and let them shoot it while it walks right past them. They are more melee support for me but I guess you can consider them duelists.

The avenger Zaram is a solid choice in dueling something but it can be quite scary utilizing them because they get the most when they're at low hp. Therefore you really ideally want to have just enough healing to keep them alive but nothing more.

The Samurai can be a good choice but I don't like them because of their cost. Shizuka can be really good because you can activate her skill to regain HP and samurai innately attack everything they can block. Maple can be amazing with Liana or a Saint but she really needs that 10/10 skill to get the most out of it. Shizuka costs 26 without any CR and maple 28 which are both steep for what they can offer and Chizuru's skill lackluster even though she has an okay stat spread for a gold unit.

Bandits in theory are some amazing duelist units because they all come with high HP and trade all their defense for attack multipliers. Rorone is interesting because she has physical avoidance and an AW Skill that gives her rogue evasion and 2.5x attack for 10 seconds. I can't comment really on Yurina because I don't use her and I've only ever thought of using Uzume as a buffer so I don't know about her capabilities.

tl;dr I like Rorone, Chloe, and Zaram the most. Rorone would be my go too but I'm biased towards Chloe because I used her as my own duelist until I pulled other things. Either way you WILL need a valkyrie levelled because of their innate class perks for sortie cost +1 whenever they kill things.

Ergh... the reason we called them duelist is mostly cuz they only block 1 unit.
This is so that unit can focus on the target thats given to them without taking additional dmg from another unit or intentional letting them pass.

Of coz its not funny when you blocked 2-3 high atk-er unit, when your def / hp not enuff to be able to tank them...

As for the unit you shown... these are my recomendation... I'm just gonna sumarize it as long detailed essay will make you bored

Duelist recommendation:
1st: Cypria (high survival rogue with aw ability penetrating atk *chance of true dmg = ignore def*)
2nd: Zaram (Only if you can utilise how the avenger class work like what petite said)
3rd: Rorone (high hp / atk able to kill most enemy without any of them stuck on her for too long)
Valkyrie class is the best all arounder duelist / ganker as they have good enuff survival / medium atk / some MR - they also good ganker cuz the cost recovery on withdraw + 1kill = 1unit cost

Unit worth investing:
Uzume: great support and atk up.. (some ppl said this platinum is broken and i'm 80% agree)
Betty: great ganker / gold get! aw ability
Shizuka (Samurai): sweeper for weak -> med enemy... care not to get her caught tanking 2 high atk enemy

Sailor: 1st think if you able to awaken them 1st as that when they shine the most + reanbell really need high skill lvl be good or else better use Viera
Gina: sorry no comment on this 1
The rest: they need higher CR / skill lvl 1st before i can say them to be useful... as i see them now like chloe i bet thats still CR-0 / skill 1/10

But AW shizuka handles 2 of everything except golems just fine :X that 15% hp leech per hit is almighty!

Aside from Garrett and Julian those are all of my gold+ melee characters, felt it was easier to just put them all in there. I've been leaning toward Cypria(I've got two of her) and Rorone.

Betty, Uzume, and Shizuka have been near the top of my list for a while, especially Betty. I'm getting close to being able to do the Orb mission for Betty and Noel. Although neither of them are near max level/affection.

Is there any reason to rush past the 40 charisma desert mission? I'm level 112, but no where near ready for mass-awakenings, I still have a longish list of CC's to do.

Edit: While we're at it, lemme throw up all my units for some advice if you guys would be so awesome.

Seeing as how you do not have Carrie, I would suggest leveling Cypria as a fighter. She doesn't have the higher health pool required for higher difficulties, but she'll be a good unit to use because of her stats until you can find a suitable replacement. Having higher defense than the other rogues helps a lot against some medium difficultly enemies. At the very least, she has a low cost for deployment so it will help you push out healers onto the field to support her faster.

Can i expect mage armour will be our next-next event unit.... Maybe i should also hold AW-ing raichi (she just need 1 more CC HA nearly done with CCing the 2nd HA)

This could make my life tons alot easier during subjugation where they make no deployment recovery..... (only have 1 soldier Aria / 1 gold valk Carrie (will retire soon))

Talking about revival... i should start stocking up those R.crystal before any of great unit released in future like anya (800 R. crystal lalallalalala *death*)

As for Wednesday god-tier, i always abuse sandra and her 1 shoot kill... Its fun seeing 20 enemy mob died in 1 shoot and see where the item drop

PS: Sorano AW-skill...... Peek @ Anelai...
Hopefully the aw skill is not super great or else he will scream big time....
PS: My sorano was (-2/4) but i only got 4 copy of her so i'm still A-ok (used 1 rainbow fairy)

Annnnnd here goes the Silver Unit Roadblock.

Note to self: Plan ahead for needed units. Hopefully I can catch a Daniela or two from the event map. Getting Bashira a CR and Skill Up was nice, but definitely not worth it at the moment.

Edit: Seriously contemplating breaking my collector instinct to catch them all and eating the last copy of a silver I'm not actively using. @.@
