I have the same problem with oracle. Where did you find this damn flower?

Mountain path, go to the temple at the top (there are some ropes on the cliffs that can be easy to miss). The temple is locked, but on the right side of the temple is a flower that you can pick up. It's not glittering, so you may miss it. Note that this is NOT the temple where the guard captain stops from going upstair.

Did you give the flower to the woman who wants it? You may or may not also need to use the key she gives you on the locked house before the oracle spawns.

I talked to her but she didn't accept the flower. The locked house does not open. No idea what to do now...
