What am i suppose to do after i start? I've talked with everyone at least once and bought the box item from the shop but still can't go anywhere new or do anything and am lost.

Having problems myself progressing. Machine translations are not giving any indication what you are suppose to do after starting the game. (Skipping the opening).

Anyone else made any progress with the game? I have tried talking to all NPCs, using the spa, buying the undergarment and even using clothing repairs. The doctor in the house which you spawn keeps mentioning something about the key item book. (The one that keeps tabs on your activities and lewd factor.)

go market's bookshop , talk to bookseller > right door > talk to bookseller again > right door to adult book area > get book from bookshelf > talk to bookseller inside > doctor

there is a blue soul in the mine like etigoya said to finish the sidequest, on a sidenote what endings did everyone get so far? i tried to get the possible? whore ending but cecilia always ends up getting saved by the "ghost" dude wherever i interact with him or not... bug maybe?

last battle has message can gameover if... no idea...
get all hscene get the man paid 200k ending, if dont see this hscene maybe another ending

yeah thats what i tried i loaded an older save where i didnt talk to him and he still talks like i did his events and pays the 200k :/

One must be careful that you do not miss scenes or what chooses wrong.

I don't get how people are progressing through the game. I'm already stuck after giving the doctor the perverted book. I'm at the first area, some sort of mountain, but there's a guy who won't move and a sex scene in the mine that doesn't progress the story.

Also, do all monsters have sex scenes? I'm trying to see if there is one for the rock slimes in the first area, but they don't fully destroy her clothing.
