You can buy the guard for that at the equipment shop. I think it's petrification magic. Just equip it for the fight.

Try Crtl+Shift - if u have difrent language then english on win, it sometimes switches to difrent keyboard layout
Once per day thing (as with all the non-boss scenes), go to the mini-dungeon between first and second town, go down the stair and the path with no monster will have the scene for it.
my problem is that its always running left and none of the directional keys change it, me pressing down causes me to run up but the rest of the directional keys fail to respond, A and Z still work for menus and i have nothing else plugged in as an input device
I don't know if it's the websites you're uploading to, or just the copy of the zip you're making, but all 3 of both the old version and this one are corrupted. Each one gets an 'unexpected end of archive' error when opened.1.01 updated.
