Re: いせたん [RJ130644]

So, some people are still complaining about scene length despite scenes taking literally 20-30 seconds at most if you just hold down the shift key.

Are there people who don't realize you can turn off the message wait where there are pauses between sections of each text box? Because that's a thing you're asked about at the very start.

If you want to change it, you can go talk to the old lady in the main city's guild office. The one in the lower-right corner of the main floor. Choose the first option in the choice she gives you. This actually makes it easier for ITH/AGTH to hook text, too.

This was a new feature added after 1.01. Of course, it's asking a lot for most people here to actually read what their text aggregator is giving them.

Re: いせたん [RJ130644]

From a post I made over a month ago. You seem fine with the language so I won't go further on finding out how to search for the conditions.
Checked the ストーリー進行上の質問など(ネタバレ有り) section and read up on a certain 長のイベント, where the creator mentions having Seria would help. Does this refer to where you find the dryad and sylph collapsed then have to kill the crazed garuda? Or is there a longer quest involving Seria? (also, I did this quest while Seria was unequipped, hopefully that didn't mess anything up).

Edit* Nevermind, read up and he kinda explained what the event is... which seems to be exactly that: find the dryad deep in the fairy forest then talk to her.

Now I'm thinking that my problem might be some kind of second fight with the female hero (少女勇者 in the blog comments) which I am assuming is that one girl who jumped you at floor 35. I don't think I fought any second 'scenario-like' battles with her after that though, only in random battles in the dungeon.

If you did this part (with or without Seria equipped), you remain on track for the true route.

You're missing one more step, I suspect I know what that is but I have to confirm it for myself on my current playthrough.

Since you have no problems reading the blog, you're more likely to find out what it is and finish the true end before I get round to it.

Re: いせたん [RJ130644]

Also, I don't see any previous mentions of this when searching the thread. The guild guy you can sell things to has three separate shops on his "Buy" screen. The farthest-right one just outright sells you all the stat boost items.

It actually found it more effective and less costly than the weapon upgrades if you upped the passive skills of your character to be at least 50% each so that each stat item gives you more for each use.

Re: いせたん [RJ130644]

It might matter in the earlier stages of the game, but frankly buying stat boost items at the shop towards the end is quite pointless.

Why? If you played the game trying to unlock as many classes as possible then it's easy to get the maximum 999 for most of the stats since class level-ups also improve individual statistics. HP and MP boosters are nice, but there's a lot freely available from dungeon chests and past a certain point your main character is almost invincible against normal mobs.

The amount of gold you earn towards the end of the game also makes economy a moot point, it's unbelievably easy to max out equipment to their +15/+20/+40 limits with a couple of thorough runs at the 35-40 level.

Re: いせたん [RJ130644]

Semi-'figured' out another thing that needs to be done for the true end. Apparently, you need to prevent the female hero from having sex with that one knight. To do this, you need to dispel the debuff that shows up on the female hero in fights. I'm not sure what the window for this is, but I can see the debuff on her after re-entering the first temple again during the event (when a rock falls and prevents you from leaving, and before it gets cleared).

Problem is, I completely forgot what the game mentioned about the debuff. According to the author, hints were dropped on how to clear it during the boss fight with the angel and hero combination.

You mean the debuff that appears on the female hero after she's been raped by her "helpers" the 2nd time you meet her? If she has that it's supposed to be too late to save her. The "despair" debuff is also available for very rare weapons.

One user on the blog figured out how to save the female hero, unfortunately it looks like it's going to be a real pain to activate the trigger since it's very time consuming.

Re: いせたん [RJ130644]

Ok I figured out that second female hero part out.

On floor 36, you first gotta go to the top left and bottom right rooms and activate those floor 40 switches (red and blue). This will clear those two blocks at the transfer room with the Asura such that you can access the lever. Afterwards, you gotta activate the top right and bottom left switches to be able to reach the Asura plus that cart. Bring a magic bomb with you and activate the cart; it will ram into the wall and create a hole so that you can later reach the level 36 teleporter faster. (Most people probably already did this part, I'm just putting it here cause for the longest time I just went straight to level 40 without activating this). Later, when you use the level 36 teleporter where the Asura is at and the wall is destroyed, the female hero will pop out here for the 2nd battle that author mentioned.

In this battle, you need to get restrained by any of the men. The female hero will complain about this, then will get taken out of battle. After you win this battle, you need to head south through the wall and then beat the male party again. Doing so constitutes as saving her, I guess. Note that you must IMMEDIATELY go south to save the female hero otherwise she gets raped.

Also, if you are like me and got 999 in all stats and tons of evasion, then an easy way to manage to get restricted still is to remove a ton of gear, get in an aroused state, and also wear that kyuuun amulet that gives you extra bonuses to gold/exp etc but gives you like -200% resistance to a ton of effects.

That's it. Credit to you for figuring this part out. It takes me forever to do the mine cart switch since I like being thorough cleaning out the dungeon floors. I wasn't sure what the actions required in battle were but that more or less confirms it.

Just one more thing to confirm since you've seen this, does the protagonist mention something to the effect of chasing after the female hero?

Only if you pull it off right; she mentions something about having to save the female hero, something about 'other paths are banned,' and etc.
I think the easiest way to tell there's a difference is, after the battle, Nana will only say one line along the lines of "female hero has some bad allies" or something, cant remember, if you don't pull it off right. If you pull it off correctly, then Nana has a bunch more lines, mentioning how she has to chase and save the female hero.

Edit* That fucking final boss haha, he's definitely possible but, per that one guy in the previous page, he exemplifies instant deaths if you get careless. Wind elemental buff + I don't dispel it = next time he attacks he casts a wind spell that does 11k per hit, forgot how many hits but enough to wipe out ~60k hp in one turn. 45 minutes down the drain.

Right. I've just finished the Asura so my next play attempt will be to save the female hero. I'm more or less close to the end now since the last 5 levels are a piece of cake compared to the switches.

60k hp?! Either you were too rich to know what to do with your cash or you used the cheat engine. I'm on 18000+ and already it feels a bit too much.

Re: いせたん [RJ130644]

This took a while. My notes for anyone still interested.

Big thank you to post #411 by Arythazin who figured out the condition for saving the teenage hero for the true end.

Labyrinth levels 36-40 Part 1
1. Welcome to the most time-consuming portion of the game, featuring tons of exploration and incidental grinding.
2. Immediately after the teleport area you will see 4 switches. You are then informed that you need to press the switches in pairs in order to proceed.
3. The pairs are given to you, so the next step is figuring which areas to go to.
4. One pair opens up the way to a lever which is important for those going for the true end, the other pair opens up the way to the boss.
5. Red-blue for the lever, green-yellow for the boss.
6. Now for the exploration itself. The area you immediately come out in is not identified by the game nor by your map crystal. I'll call it 36 central for convenience.
7. Each switch is located in 40 NW, NE, SW and SE (for lack of a better English translation. The original terms are 左上,左下,右上,右下.)
8. Red is at 40 NW, Blue is in 40 SE, Green is in 40 NE and Yellow is in 40 SW.
9. From 36 Central, you can access 36 South. From 36 South, you can reach 36 North which is the area just before the boss area (36 transit)
10. As in the previous 30-35 areas, you can tell which of the "exits" brings you where you want to go since the odd one out (different feature like a rock/pillar etc.) is the only one that brings you to the direction you're headed.
11. The annoying one is 36 North. To get there, head to 36 south and then take any northbound exit (except the one with the marking). You cannot access 36 North immediately from the teleport area.
12. Once you reach one of 36 NW/NE/SW/SE, there will be cellar entrances to take you deeper.
13. At level 40, you need to look out for the appropriate switch. The first time you press a switch, a golem will emerge which you must fight (no flee option).
14. Each golem is tied to an element of the corresponding switch colour, so expect top-level elemental magic and plan accordingly.
15. There is also a steel chest at each of the level 40 areas with a switch, just like the one you found at the Garuda with the jump item. Unfortunately you still cannot open these chests until you possess the appropriate item.
16. The whole point of this very long and tedious set of areas is to trigger the correct pair of switches to open the way to the boss.
17. For those going for the true route, the most efficent usage of your time is as follows.
a) Press Red+Blue switches.
b) Head to 36 transit and pull the lever ONCE.
c) Press Green+Yellow switches.
d) Head over to the boss.
18. Those going for the good end should skip steps a and b above and just go for the boss.
19. The fallen Asura which bars your path further is a fire-based God. Think of it as a stronger version of the previous fire-based bosses you've faced in the past only with more HP and multiple actions per turn.
20. You need to beat it twice. The first time you reduce the Asura's HP to zero it starts fighting you seriously and gains more HP. The attacks it uses are also stronger.
21. When you've finally beaten the Asura, interact with the mine cart nearby.
22. Once loaded with explosives, the mine cart when pushed will either a) slam into you and your companion reducing you both to 1HP or b) slam into the southern wall and give you a shortcut to the last teleport area PROVIDED YOU PULLED THE LEVER ONCE.
23. Once you've cleared your shortcut, head towards the now-open teleport circle.
24. But before you can proceed, the teenage hero brings her lackeys to stop you. How you proceed from here determines whether or not you get the true end or the good end.
25. For those going for the true end, you must let yourself get restrained by the male enemies. (the teenage hero gives very vague hints here, the bit where she bars her male companions from performing lewd acts was the only clue on hindsight.) Credit to Arythazin for this information.
26. Once restrained, there will be a short dialogue and the teenage hero will be removed from battle. Your next task is to defeat the rest of the party.
27. Once you've defeated the party, Nana will declare that the female hero needs to be saved before her "companions" claim her virginity. You are warned not to take any detours, so head south through the exit the mine cart opened up for you.
28. You should end up at the map area where the 4 switches were. At the bed area the female hero is about to be violated. After a short dialogue, Nana will charge in.
29. The party you've now faced is SIGNIFICANTLY stronger than the one you just beat. The self-styled hero is now called the Despoiler and has much more HP and stronger attacks. The rest of his lackeys also start off with the undead power-up and much improved regeneration. God's lackey in the background (the same enemy type you beat with the stuffed toy way back at the graveyard dungeon) is unchanged.
30. If you've actually bothered clearing the 4 switch areas throughly, you should be level 99 or close to it for most of your sub-classes. It's then a matter of killing the vanguard and support before finishing off the God lackey last.
31. The biggest obstacle to finishing this event is actually getting restrained in the first place during the fight with the teenage hero. After a bit of experimentation, the easiest way to get a level 99 Nana with 999 dodge and practical immunity to restraint is as follows.
32. Unequip all of your equipment bar your weapon and one item that gives you HP and MP regeneration.
33. Go back to the teleport area and back to the teleport shop. From the shop, head to the fairy forest.
34. Head south of the rest hut. The venus fly traps which gave you so much trouble back then are going to help you this time round.
35. When you finish this fight, both Nana and the companion will be sexually aroused. Remove the condition from your companion but keep it on Nana.
36. Use the bushes to tear up Nana's uniform until it's completely broken.
37. Head back to the mine cart map. Go to your skill page and unlearn all of your parry, luck and agility passives from your main class. You should have the Demon Lord class as your sub-class, unlearn the "unlucky girl" passive (薄幸少女).
38. Finally equip one きょううんの守り in one of your miscellaneous slots (the other should be something that gives you regeneration).
39. If you did all of the above preparatory steps, your dodge stat should be in the negatives and you are now weak to restraint and sexual attacks. The sexually aroused state guarantees that a restraining attack will hit you and immobilise you allowing the dialogue with the teenage hero to trigger.
40. In your weakened state, it's advisable to have a strong companion on hand to do most of the heavy lifting. If said companion has the raise skill, it will also ensure you stay alive at the end of the battle. I recommend Tobak, Medea or Iruda with his sub-class and appropriate skills learned.
41. When you finish off the despoiler and his lackeys, he will teleport away and Nana will be free to continue her quest.

With the tool user job, you can get a passive ability that doubles your victory cash after winning.

Well, I did this back when I didn't splurge into agi and luck and boost my evasion out the window, but if you let the orc and/or orc thieves steal your gold and you kill them, that stolen gold doubles. Plus, those orcs often steal like huge percentages of your gold rather than set amounts; I managed to make like 50 million in one battle once.

So basically, not cheat engine but massive abusing.

Also, I did it multiple times on two occasions; back when you are doing fairy forest quest with merchant guy (he can get the passive), and later when I wanted to buy more hp pills using my own passive. I don't know if they stack, but if they do then that is a potential 4x return on the huge amounts of gold that orcs can steal.

Also Harleyquin, if you are going to attempt true final boss then be prepared for his invincibility field lvl 6. I was using the 200-EP-requiring Silver sword behind the Blue Dragon in that Frozen area. If you know another way then great, but that sword seemed to be the best thing for dealing with it.

*EDIT OK SO, I BEAT UP THAT GOD, AND NOW THERES MORE STUFF. So that's not quite the final boss yet.

I never fought the frost dragon since I never did find it. 200EP sword? I have a sneaking suspicion I know what that is. I haven't really needed it since the +20 mithril sword I'm using is more than enough for almost every foe I've faced.

Level 6 field? Piece of cake. There's plenty of skills available that exceed the stipulated damage.

I have plenty of cash myself, I just don't know what to do with it. Mine came from lots of runs through lesser dungeons just to sell things for cash. By far the biggest earner is through a similar situation to yours, only via the 盗賊少女 and cash reserves of over 6 digits.

You know you're not playing the game right when you have 50000000 gold sitting in the bank.

Re: いせたん [RJ130644]

Ok, finally beat the game and got that 'true end' message thing.

I gotta say that this was an odd case of an H-game; the protagonist really turned me off to the idea of her getting laid, and her H-scenes are pretty much all kind of lackluster. However, many of the side characters are plenty lewd enough or want/are in actual sexual relationships to the extent that the actual 'Hentai World' feeling in terms of setting and atmosphere are great.

Best way I could say it was that this game really made me want H-scenes with anyone not involving the protagonist (particularly, that Sexual Knight and his heroine harem). Her naive attitude makes for a great amount of fun in the setting, but at the same time makes me not want to make her 'participate.'

Final thing I would say is that this is a really fucking rare case of a hentai game actually feeling like an rpg, rather than being an H-game with rpg elements. To be concise, I'm not saying there are few H-games with rpg parts done well; there are a bunch of those and I'm not trying to diss any games in particular. It's just that this is a case where the game is way more focused on the RPG part, with nice characterization and plot and other things you would expect from an actual rpg; it feels like a good 'regular' rpg except with the lewd setting of a H-game.

In short, while my boner could use some more stimulation, I really had a lot of fun playing this.

That said, I wish the author could have done something about the lag and slowdown. The dungeons slow down when there's a lot of trap and units around, and opening the battle menus when you memorized all your skills is a nightmare. I clocked out at 50+ hours. While I probably played for a lot longer if you consider all my constant reloading, I could also shave off a ton of time waiting for lagging animations to finish or for menus to completely open.

Congratulations! I'll finish the game off tomorrow (I saved just before the fight at level 40) and see the true end for myself.

50+ hours? Less than what I've got and this is my 2nd playthrough. 1.19 apparently improves the dungeon spawn settings making it less likely you stumble into a small room crowded with monsters, but the menus aren't a problem for me since my system doesn't have to worry about running the game and an automatic translator at the same time.

Agree on the RPG elements, for a first-time work this is an actual game that just has adult elements worked into it. The difficulty (especially for the initial release version) just about put off everyone playing this for the CG and scenes. As of now, it's more or less just you and me who have kept this thread going over the last week or so.
