BADEND1 体力(middle green meter, body strength) drops too low, she becomes too weak and dies. Achieved by lowering her 体力 to unrecoverable levels or not feeding her.
BADEND2 体力 and 精神(rightmost green meter, mental strength) are too high, prompting her to actually stab you for her freedom. Achieved by advancing straight to next day without doing anything.
BADEND3 精神 drops too low, her mind snaps and she becomes like a doll. Achieved by lowering her 精神 to unrecoverable levels.
END1 堕落(depravity, immorality) reaches level4, achieved by 忠诚(first stat, loyalty) going above 300 but 自尊(second stat, self-respect) CANNOT drop below 100. This is the most basic END, every other END requires this and more.
END2 堕落 reaches level5, same as the above but let her 自尊 fall below 100.
END3 堕落 reaches level4, and 肉欲(third stat, sexual desire, carnality) above 280.
END4 堕落 reaches level4, and 技術(fifth stat, technique) above 280.
END5 堕落 reaches level4, and 変態(fourth stat, abnormality, transformation) above 280
END6 堕落 reaches level4, and must remain a virgin(处女) next to V経験(vaginal experience).
END7 堕落 reaches level4, and you have ejaculated more than 20 times inside her.
So here's the run down.
堕落(depravity, immorality): Affected by 忠诚 (loyalty) and descends to level5 when 自尊 (self-respect) drops below 100. Not much attention needs to be paid to this stat, it's mostly just as a prompt to see how far you've gone.
忠诚(loyalty): Rises with almost everything, once again it's the most basic stat. You can get a huge boost to loyalty by feed her when a phrase with 空腹(hunger) appears in the memo. It gives much more loyalty if you feed her when the phrase is red instead of yellow because of how severely hungry she is.
自尊(self-respect): Falls with almost everything, keep track of how far it falls, dropping below 100 makes only END2 possible. It rises only when you clean her, and falls severely when you order her to urinate. So use those to get the END you want.
肉欲(sexual desire, carnality): Rises again with almost everything, because almost every action is sexual in some way. Actual penetration gives the best results.
変態(abnormality, transformation): Rises from BDSM-esque stuff. Whipping and candle-wax.
技術(technique): Rises from sexual activity where she contributes the movement, anything from the 命令(command) section of actions, except urination.
I advice you to save every day, and avoid penetration, anal is fine. What I did was to get 堕落level4 first, save and from there play towards an END, reload and play towards the next END and so on.
