if i have 39 of int and 12 of depth, how many spendable points i have to increase my stats?

3(int+depth/4)= 39?
That does bring up an interesting point though. Although I understand that experience might be generated mentally, If it works like that then after a few levels the strongest characters in each party will be those with blue classes given that they will get a massive amount of experience points each time they level allowing them to quickly put the rest of their attributes equal to or greater than anyone else.

Personally, I'd say that instead of always being intelligence and depth, the two stats experience gain should be based off of should be the classes two main stats because currently main stats are just labeled that without any real meaning and doing so would make all characters have a much more equal level advancement.

Also, what's the stat cap per level? (Disregarding advantages and racial bonuses)

Where'd you get that formula? Last I talked to Silth, you didn't get to multiply it by 3...

To condense what I said earlier: what exactly are main stats used for anyway? Every class says it has them but they don't seem to have a use. I would think it would make the most sense if instead of intelligence and depth deciding the amount of experience across the board, it should be the character's main stats instead.

The game's changed drastically since I came up with Main stats. Before, Main stats only cost 1 EXP to raise it by 1 point, whereas non-main stats cost 2 EXP to raise it by 1 point. With the system Tass and I have kinda talked about, it'll probably go back to his system.

If the EXP system needs changing, go for it. I made that part up long before the game actually started.

I'd suggest changing the formula away from experience being 3/4 x (Int+depth) to 3/4 x (Main stat 1 + Main stat 2). (Frankly, there is no real logic behind using int and depth given that the spendable points can be spent on any attribute and not just things that have to do with mental prowess.)

Actually, I just came up with a easy way to do it... Blue Classes would use Blue stats to determine EXP gain, Red Classes would use Red Stats, and Green classes would use green stats. That way, the classes all have an equal chance of getting ample EXP.

That'd work. Although I still say it would be a good way to use the concept of a main stat.

If you do that green characters only will need to increase speed (who is the best stat to increase because is the main stat of AC, AP and iniciative), also finesse is used to dodge, So after two levels they will be a problem in the fights for the gm (im talking about 70 of AC when their partners will have only 30 or 40)

In the other hand nobody use deph or strengh

Err.. We're also talking about using a point-buy system, so people won't have 39 INT at level 2... Or 39 anything at level 2.
