A few tips for beating the bosses for those who can't read Japanese and think levelling up the characters is the solution to everything.
Seria (level 5): As already mentioned, beating her isn't necessary but the item she gives you when she's been beaten is useful. Her most powerful attacks are physical attacks, so bringing Cless along and using her dispel when the fire symbol pops up is essential. Make sure one character is equipped with the item which nullifies all status debuffs and then rely on Luna for damage; the chase lancer book given by the last boss really comes in useful here since Seria will counter-attack after any character uses a special skill or spell to attack her.
As already mentioned, steal as many MP boosting items from Seria as possible using the thieving ability since losing to Seria isn't a game over.
Lightning all-man (level 7): He's actually easy once players nullify the ground-based attack which knocks people off balance. He doesn't use magic attacks at all, so what players activate right at the start of the battle is key to defeating him. As an added plus for those struggling even with the right strategy, this boss isn't immune to poison.
EX dungeon final boss: Levelling up to 35 is not necessary to defeat this boss (I won with Luna at 21). Since all of the questions are being posed by players who can't read Japanese and don't believe in playing with machine help, a few tips in English for them to consider:
1. The orbs counter-attack against different types of attacks. Green against physical, purple against magic.
2. The colour of the crystal ball determines what type of attacks and counter-attacks the boss will employ. Yellow is default, Red counters against all skill-based attacks, Blue and Black defend against all attacks EXCEPT those listed in the "weakness" section displayed by the analyser.
