I stuck myself at infinite forest loop but I guess I can help you where you are stuck.
So after having the city,you have to go to mountain at North west,there you have to beat Pigman and his gang(or whatever they are)once you beat them you will unlock new skill allowing you to jump trought hole(and you will be able to use it for bridge at northeast from City).
I also made that forest with those flowergirl and got a flower at the end of the dungeon,I tought it could help me for that infinite forest loop but that was'nt the good thing.
If you go trought the bridge,then you will end up in a cave with some slimy/tentacle monster and at the end of the dungeon,you will encounter a godess statue wich will either restore you HP/PP or teleport you at the beginning of the dungeon?
Well,thats all for me...Just have now to hope for someone to end it and give us a full save =/
Could you upload your save to that point? I'd be super grateful

Beat the game I think but i'm still missing some monsters. Attaching my save for those interested

If you're stuck at the infinite forest thing by the way, what you're supposed to do is pick up the Ring of Illusions from the bandits hideout. You can get there by agreeing to take a 500G payout mission from some guy in the Port towns Inn and losing to the Bandits. After the scene you'll be in their hideout so take the ladder up to the main floor then find another ladder which will take you down,that's the area where the ring is. After getting it head to the entrance of the forest north of the Port,equip it and talk to the fairy lady. She wants the flower you find in the forest and gives another ring that will let you get through the looping forest. Then from there the game is much more straightforward.

Oh man,I just made that hideout,tought there was only treasure there,thanks for your answer,help alot.
Btw,Im gonna take your savefile while I am at it. =)

I took your save, unlocked the last scene and used cheat engine to give it 999999 gold, so you can afford to buy anything from any shop. Here it is.

I'd also like to point out just how easy it is to use cheat engine with this game - lock your lust and fatigue for pseudo invulnerability and no damage reductions.

I took your save, unlocked the last scene and used cheat engine to give it 999999 gold, so you can afford to buy anything from any shop. Here it is.

I'd also like to point out just how easy it is to use cheat engine with this game - lock your lust and fatigue for pseudo invulnerability and no damage reductions.
I am not a pro on Cheat Engine.... but i am usually able to increase my gold and some stats and so in those games with Cheat Engine....but what do you mean with locking lust and fatigue? i been trying to search for those values but nothing seems to come up

The bars in the top right corner, the top one is lust and the bottom in fatigue.

You only black out and warp back to town when fatigue gets over 100, so you use cheat engine to find the value

(new scan -> 4 bit, exact value -> search the number on the bar in-game -> wait for it to change -> search the new number -> continue untill there are only 2 or 3 left -> add one to your list and change it -> if the bar in-game changes, you have the right one, if it doesn't then try another -> once you get the right one, set it to 0 and check the box beside it to stop it from moving)

You can do the same with lust and money, just narrow it down to 3 or 4 results and change them one by one untill you find the one you're looking for.

Awesome.... that helped... i was doing that x2+1 thing...but after just using the exact numbers it worked....thank you!

If I remember, it's normally RPG Maker games that require the x2+1 trick isn't it? I've never had to do it on Wolf before . . . not that I remember anyways.

like sleep in home on west of first town that have many man it will give u h screen if you dont get up to check for some one come nearby

Everytime I start the game up, I'm treated to an overwhelming amount of error messages that I have to repeatedly hit enter or space to move things along. My Japanese is nonexistent, but I believe it's saying something about a file being missing in my data folder.

Yes, I've tried renaming every file that was originally in moonrunes.
Yes, I've tried running it with NTLEA before and after renaming moonrunes.

Any other ideas?
NTLEA is no good for filenames. You need to change your whole system locale. And that needs to be done before extracting the game.

Windows 7, 64bit. Running it as admin changed nothing.

My Japanese is a little rusty, but that error says something like:

"[Picture Display] File read in error"

"E:\Holy Grail\Data... ... (gives long path to a .png file) cannot be found."

Then it has some technical stuff that I don't completely understand.

"Manage Point [Common Ev 75 9] * if parallel manage error, site is unknown."

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm translating that last line wrong. Anyway, check to see if that particular .png file is on your computer at the given location, and check to see if you can open it. (it's just a picture so you should be able to open it with Paint or whatever).

If the file is not there or if you can't open it, you probably need to re-download the game (it may have been corrupted somehow). As reddo said, you most likely need to change system locale to Japanese before extracting the game.

Translation code for AGTH:
/HB*0@46BA03 (separate menu and dialogue threads) or /HBN*0@46BA03 (menu and dialogue together)

For this game, I'd recommend using the /HB one, as the HUD gets copied in the combined /HBN code, which is annoying.

I am aware of threads (on HF and elsewhere) that show how to use codes, how to fetch (agthdb) or beg for them, but not how to construct them by myself (and why not share them with other people here later, like you).

I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty digging in the memory. I would appreciate some pointers however, ideally a real (short/simple) example of how it's done, not to needlessly spend too much of my time on trial and error.

Can't help you there unfortunately. I only know that code because there have been 3 WolfRPG codes that work on any game where the EXE is a certain filesize and date (a different code for each size/date) modified. This game has one such EXE is all. Unfortunately, there seem to be many versions of the program, so there are many EXEs that don't have codes attributed to them as of yet.

The 3 codes are:
/HB*0@470D5A (2012/06/10 : 3,020KB)
/HB*0@46BA03 (2011/11/22 : 2,700KB)
/HB*0@454C6C (2010/10/09 : 2,344KB)

And I initially got them from here in the first place (though fucked if I can remember who shared them or what thread it was in).
