1) You need the Old Key first. Remember the temple in Mozuik (the desert town) where you fought cultists? Go there and exit via the back, as if you were going to the last dungeon. But then double back and you'll be in a different room to the one you left. Use the magic circle (it may be downstairs, I can't remember), go up and you'll be in the locked room of Dermot's office. Open the chest for the Old Key.
2) You'll need 10 Maiden's Honey; if you don't have 10 don't worry about it now, as it's easiest to get where we're going, but make sure you have enough (10) empty bottles. (You may have to visit the Slime Master in Alchester before you can get it as well; I'm not sure on this)
2) Go to the Sex Shrine (the first dungeon). Remember that at the beginning there were 4 doors and one you couldn't open? Guess what the Old Key is for.
3) Inside the locked room there will be a bowl. You need to put 10 Maiden's Honey into it - which you get from masturbation scenes, if you have an empty bottle. If you need to get more Maiden's Honey, then the easiest way is to go to the bed in the sex shrine, turn off masturbation scene repetition, and masturbate at the bed (making sure to say "Yes" when it asks if you want to collect it). Then if you need more, you can just head south from the bed to the gas room, and just go in and then back through it, and your horniness will be high enough to masturbate again.
4) After filling the bowl, a chest will appear, in which you can find the Ring of Transference.
Ironically, getting the ring to protect virginity will result in your sex stats going up quite a lot, due to all the masturbating...
I think it's as follows: make sure you talk to the adventurer in the Inn who mentions the sewers. Then wait for night, and the vent just north of the Inn will be open. Go down and you're there.
