I'm pretty sure this is not the right thread to ask his question but since this is the only thread I actually hang around in I'll ask anyway:
Are there threads in this forum that talk about non-h games?
So if I have Wind attribute 50 earth element using earth armor.
I will do 50% more dmg to water bosses?
Do cards with Elements also do more damage to bosses that are weak against them? Does it makes sense to create a team with e.g. 3x Knight Athena to fight vs. water bosses?
I just have a team right now I stick with (Water, Wind, Fire).
Will there be difference in events between jp and eng version; and if yes, will it be previous jp events or something new?
Seipher, about destribution of points: max charisma should be ~130 (enough to contain your team + few points, unless you'll have 3 SSR++), max stamina depends on how frequent you can spend it, so regeneration won't be wasted, other points should go into force.
About weapons, for now you shouldn't bother with this, since bosses has no immunity to either phys or mag, but in future you'll need both, and equipment of all 4 elements.
If you got certain card from boss - you can get it again.

Very strange, I've deciphered from jp wiki about arena drops and it fits with what I remembered with the actual drop ingame, and I'm not seeing any earth garment.
It's not in the quest table (until Q26) nor Arena (until L10), where the hell did I get it from before![]()

To answer your question, each level counts in evolution. It does not matter which order you select the cards in. The resultant card is a completely new one, not a renamed version of the first card you selected. As for exact percentages, I'm not sure if it's additive or multiplicative. Here's a table of values for Elle of Lonely Fire (焦熱の幼孤エル).
base: 960 / 1400
2base: 1152 / 1680 (you won't see these values because the evolution modifiers will be applied to them)
2B: 1248 / 1820 (~108.33% of 2base values)
2M: 1664 / 2450 (~144.44%)
4base: 1382 / 2016 (again, you won't see these because of modifiers)
4B: 1506 / 2198 (~108.97% of 4base values)
4S: 2050 / 3018 (~148.34%)
4M: 2272 / 3364 (~164.40%)
as a bonus, here are the growth rates per level for damage: 4.3% / 4.5%
and here is the resultant max level stat mods (of base stats): 2.677 / 2.755
