I think usually 3-5 days, assuming it gets approved on the first pass.

There's not really anywhere else that's Japanese-friendly to sell it (i.e. he'd probably need a translator to navigate any other possible site, which would be Offbeatr (which you have to apply to get a store there with a lengthy application request in English), or one of the specialty sites that you'd have to have connections with to sell on (like Affect3D or Nutaku) and you'd again need a firm command of English to do so, etc.)

Plus DLSite makes the majority of sales for h-games even after factoring in the amount they ream you too, so...

Yeah thats probably the worst hurdle for games for approval, they need big mosaics. SO they probably have some guy sit and play these games and thoroughly check for mosaic approval >.>

Also wonder what his condition is, thought it was originally wisdom teeth removal?

Probably takes 2-3 weeks to fully heal, but you should be able to eat normally after like 1 week unless theirs healing issues...
