Try to go for Chloris if you can afford it. If you are not one of those lucky bastards who got princess straight off, your witch will be your main DPSer against armored targets for some time. The additional damage Chloris can push will be helpful.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

I'm just gonna play devil's advocate here. I like my Aigis account and wouldn't risk it on these cheat engine shenanigans. More importantly, I imagine I'd also risk the Lord of Valkyrie account I've spent months on so far.

That said, I'm not sure I'd consider it stealing. Nutaku has priced their premium currency far out of what I'd consider to be the reasonable range. I wouldn't ever pay $5 for one CHANCE of getting a good unit especially after 4-6 free rolls that have gotten me only silvers and two mediocre golds. Maybe if I could roll for 50 cents or a dollar it might be tempting...

Furthermore, what do you really get out of cheating in this game? Every decent hentai gallery website has multiple copies of all the hentai pictures in this game. There's no ladder to compare your progress with other players. It also trivializes the entire challenge of the game...probably resulting in losing all motivation to play the game that same day.

While I agree the pricing is pretty outrageous ($5 for 50% chance for what is basically a wasted investment) they're catering to a niche market and any support we can give helps. Maybe if there was some kind of token system like after spending X amount of crystals receive X it'd be more reasonable but the model is what it is.

We're a very small portal site trying to bring adult games into North America. If you want more games, more updates, and the continued existence of a publisher who's trying to give people outside of Japan access to high quality adult games, please refrain from stealing currency. The base game is free anyway.
This was the exact argument I was trying to make to people that were saying it was no big deal. A company needs to make *some* sort of revenue if they are catering to a niche audience, which these H-Freemium games are doing.

I mean if you support a dev or publisher and the work they do, at least throw em a couple bucks, geez.

Yea sure it is a niche market, doesnt mean you need to stifle it with outrageous pricing. Plus like OnyxShadow says there isn't much content in it the first place so you dont really feel like you are getting your moneys worth either. Though i do understand that this is a fremium game therefore most people will try to avoid paying in the first place, so they gotta get money where they can. But i feel like they could be doing their model in such a better way, such as a little bit extra gold should u have purchased a larger amount. Or perhaps a crystal sale to get people use to the idea of spending money for the game, because after all that is the biggest barrier. You need to make them feel good to spend money on the game. But yea thats the problem with such a small market though is you dont have too many people to work with in the first place. Also quick question, looking at the wiki site for the japanese version how long has this game been out. It seems very lacking in substance and gameplay to some extent.

Yeah the cost of gold/crystals kind of makes me wonder. I mean 5 bucks per roll is pretty expensive for pretty low odds. Kind of was hoping that the price for large groups of crystals would of been better (like an extra crystal for each step size up).

I think they just kept the approximate crystals:money ratio that the JPN version has. The only thing is that niche stuff like this over there is way more expensive in the first place. Does Nutaku set the prices or are they dictated by the actually devs?

I mean I would still probably spend money if I felt like it but I know not everyone wants to/has the disposable income to do the same. It is a daunting barrier to overcome but only Nutaku can really know what pricepoint would work for them.

I think most freemium games are kept afloat by a comparatively few customers anyways that spend a lot.

also remember they probably have to also play money to DMM for directing westerners to the site, along with paying the individual devs for the rights to the game

I feel like it would be better to edit/delete out the cheating part of discussion. The less ppl find out and go try things out, the less work for Nutaku @ weeding out bad accounts.

I'd say you had a lucky streak if you got 2 silvers in 10 tries. I'm at about 175 tries and only 2 silvers. I believe someone said earlier in the thread it's possible to summon higher, but it's an abysmally low chance.

I'd be interested in knowing just how many crystals you had to spend before you managed to even see one Princess lol...my last 4 Premium rolls have been silvers
My crystal rolls have been getting me golds so far 3 gold (2 val 1 heavy soldier), 1 silver archer and 1 silver Tactician that has a better skills than Katie.

I read that princess are super super rare like 1 in a million rare. They are ridiculously imba too...

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Anyone knows is Tactics instructor Katie (4 star, gold) or Tactician Jerome (5 start, silver) better?

I CCed Katie and she's lvl 21 now, my archer is lvl 36 and it takes ages to lvl Soma up now. Then I rolled Jerome from the 5 crystal roll he is lvl 16 and his ability a reinforcement III which is a level higher than Katie's. Even being 5 lvl below her, Jerome's stats is way better than Katie's so who is gold better than silver? or is stars more important?

But I must say I use both of them as swordsman and its ridiculous amount of extra unit points :D

I believe 5 star is platinum not silver.

bro, 5 star is platinum not silver o.0

1 star = iron

2 star = bronze

3 star = silver

4 star = gold

5 star = platinum

6 star = black (wait.. here is a black right?)

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

The cristals are too expensive for anyone who is not going hardcore. I wouldn't mind spending 10-20 bucks in a game if that gives me something "tangible", but for a small and random chance of getting a good unit? no thanks. Specially when I would have to roll two or three of the same to be really useful.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Base summoning has a 1-2% of silver units.

It is possible to get even a black from base summon but the estimated probability is at 0.01% or so.

I managed to get a Plat from base summon the day before yesterday, Black Knight Dahlia or whoever the Valk is. My luck has been pretty off the charts in general though
