Hopefully the above will help those of you trying to complete the most annoying map in the game so far. Yes, I still have the UC +5 start (it ends in a few days), but this will give you an idea of just how tight it currently is even with the boost.

By the way, another question, on second account, should I CC Celia or Dahlia in near future or should leave them after 5th or 6th CC?

If you use either of them as one of your primary duelist then yes, if not they can wait. I'd prioritize Dahlia over Cellia personally, this is even more true if you have a princess in your collection.

So what exactly do rainbow fairies do? I only played the JP extremely rarely on dmm, only got to level 18 over 6 months or so

They have a chance to increase a units skill.

Someone supposedly dug this out from the source code.

Compared to a regular unit with the same skill, a rainbow fairy's success rate is a 50% increase from 2/5>3/5, a 100% increase from 3/5>4/5, and a 400% increase from 4/5>5/5.

They have a chance to increase a units skill.

Seems like that would be best used on soldiers, except phyllis, pretty sure her reinforcement never goes above 5

I'll wait for Aria to use the rainbow fairies on her after CCing.
Seeing she will be max CR after the event, she will be my strongest soldier for a long time (probably forever!).

I hate War of Magic. Will try again when my Belinda is 50CC70, Calliope 50CC50 and Despara 50... or if the next update gives -1 cost to witches.

rather, its best on katie or julian after they're CC'd or one of the plat soldiers, since their skills there are +15

Don't forget maxing Affection if at all possible for them. The damage has to be there as well and affection gives a fairly large increase. According to JP you need at least 2 units with over 334 attack. Calliope barely reaches that with max level (CC'ed) and full affection. My take on it is to have three witches with full affection and over 334 atk. As you can see from the vid I posted (and added to sig) even with that I would not say it went well for me. You'll note I got lucky with one wolf being targeted where two others didn't get targeted before they got out of range. Two of my witches are max CR'ed as well (Calliope and Adele).

So yea, the map is designed as a blockade and it does its job well before people can start farming black fairies.

So I have -2CR Adele, -3CR Belinda, Cloris and Despara.

I guess all I have to do is max the affection for Adele and Belinda and get Despara to 50 with affection?

Will ccing the Despara make me unable to do this map without the +5 UC boost?

Once you have max affection you should be fine with what you have, provided at least 2 of your witches are CC'ed. Unfortunately as my Despera was already CC'ed before I gave it a go, I'm not sure if it can be done with out the +5 UC start. However as long as she is 50 and max affection I believe you should be okay due to the her reduced cost. Getting her ability off is key for those who have her, that's the only reason she can win the map, her ability has the 2 sec delay time to activate.

Also when I did my run with Belinda I placed her in the center spot, reason being her ability will let her attack through the wall which can save you.

1. No for both.
2. Cost wise Cecily (or Betty <-BEST IMO) are the best, followed by Harrisa especially if she gets CR'ed, pre CC she is the cheapest unit in the game with a 4 cost if fully CR'ed. Getting a Harrisa up to 50 with that cost makes several challenge maps very easy but if you are limited or cant CR easily, Cecily will be better than the others, and sadly Cuterie ranks dead last for any thief due to lack of assassinate.

I pass on Cypria due to her cost.

Katie will only be able to be CR once in the future. (by using the free katie at the end of Anna's Event)
HOWEVER! there is a super RARE Fairy wich is used to CC the dragon princess. said Fairy can also CR ANY unit. its so rare that it would be a waste to use it on Katie.
Cloris however will be able to be CR "soon" as she is part of the 70 Crystal unit roll. (right now we have cyrus but Cloris has been there too)

However it wont be soon as i believe that the Ninja Hein will be the next unit to be there

during the event known as Warrior of the East.
the Trading house was implemented. Crystals droped from the missions.
3 unit were introduced for this event.
Ninja Hien: the Gold ninja that everyone Loves/hates best of his kind and a good unit to deploy. he was introduced during this event and was the first Gold unit available.
Swordman Akane: the first samurai introduced during the event she was being sold for 150 crystals. a good unit to have and the most basic samurai (as she was the first)
Ninja Saki: Black unit. (ahem WORST BLACK UNIT IN GAME) for300 whoping crystals you can get this beauty who is pretty much useless as Hein overpowers her. get her for collection purpouses and leave her there.

Seeing as how this mission is pretty much a glorified introduction for the trading house this event most likely will be Skiped in our version. but dont worry you wont be missing much.

I see conflicting or confusing information about this, my guess is the event makes it much cheaper. Though it may be a bad translation.
One area shows the Time Fairy is 500 dragon crystals when you look her up, the other shows the following when looking at "The Sealed Shi Dorania" :

Seems just for daily wise, her crystal is 500 cost to get her.
During the event the first is 300, however if you already have a time fairy she costs 250. This is only from the JP wiki so I have no idea how accurate this is.

If the above is true however, it seems the event will be the best time to farm the time fairy, and try to get as many as possible due to the much reduced cost (by half from normal if you have one in your units already).

not sure if i'm understanding what you're thinking correctly, but for Anya, it takes several pieces, the Time fairy is 500 event crystals, and then you need a lev 30 Dorania (black lizard unit) which costs another 300 event crystals

yes your information is a mess ill try to explaiin.

in the japanesse version the weekends are used to Rerelease events to attiain certain units. these events drop Revival Crystals.
once you get enough you can exchange them for units.
IE
Aria was 70 crystals the first time around, but any time after having her on your team the price drops to 50.
Drania is the same way. Costing 300 the first time and 200 the second time
the Fairy is in a similar situation costing 500 crystals.
HOWEVER. if you did finish the Whole event for both units they are given out for free.

this is the main Reason behind people wanting to Finish these two events.

i dont wanna use that concept since its ofter reserved for a one time only unit wich is adquired at a certain time (see many other countless games)
Aigis doesnt follows this pattern at all with this game since most units can be aduired at some point in the future

Aigis doesnt follows this pattern at all with this game since most units can be aduired at some point in the future

Aegis sorta did follow it at first, for like the first 10 months of the game they never bothered to reboot any events so everyone assumed that these units were mainly one time only and left us with empty weekends the whole time, hopefully nutaku would do such things faster

What's the percentage increase of money obtained from the AW betty? And what rarity unit is she? I think I had her on my other account but can't remember

Edit: This is just out of random curiosity, but out of all the units you've maxed their affection for, which one got the absolute worst amount of stat increases

Going off memory, but think she gave a flat 100g per unit she kills form what someone said earlier in the thread.
She is one of two current gold thief we have.

Edit: For me it would be a tie for both Katie and Bernice as both only get +66 DEF, as it is the lowest total stat gain of my current maxed affection units that I actively use, which most of my females are outside of silvers like Leeanne, only Phyllis has maxed affection for my Silvers and she gets +60Def.

meh. it cant bee too soon or people would complain.
the point is when most people get a special toy wich took them a while to get it they dont want other people to get it easily. it should at least take a while.
(it also encourages people to play the game constantly for events)
