Just want to say... I can't wipe the smile off my face from being right about cheat engine users (I was so tempted, but never gave into the temptation and instead decided to support Nutaku. Looks like that paid off).

Pretty much same here, I actually wasn't overly tempted, but seeing all those ppl getting free stuff and remaining unpunished... Yeah.

Now as that's been dealt with, I'll actually consider donating a few bucks to Nutaku too (as soon as Paypal is alive) :)

Well yes, that was too good to be true right from the start. If there's anything I learned in MMO of any sorts is that any blatant cheating with 3rd party programs ALWAYS gets punished. Maybe not right away, but once developer finds a way to to make detection fast and sure, punishments are quick to follow.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Despite several pleas of my pleas on this forum and elsewhere, the use of third party programs to manipulate game data was simply getting out of hand. An investigation revealed several hundred people (including many users from this forum) indulging in this behavior.

Today, the Aigis dev team wiped the accounts of everyone who manipulated game data through Cheat Engine. Stolen crystals were removed. Paid crystals were refunded. In the future, they'll just skip straight to deleting the accounts.

I've posted here in the past about this subject because it's more important than many seem to realize: we're a new site, and our success or failure depends a great deal on people playing it straight with us. Hacking, scamming, etc... has a real effect on the business and will preclude us from bringing more games to you. The Japanese dev teams were frankly shocked at the level of manipulation going on - for whatever reason, they don't have this problem in Japan.

So that's it. For those of you who haven't had your data effected, our thanks. For those of you who had a reset, I hope you'll continue playing with us regardless of your access to illicit premium currency - many of you are good users and bad security is sometimes too great a temptation. Hopefully that temptation is now removed.

Will the nutaku team look for a way to prevent third party programs from even accessing any of your pages? It would be great to prevent cheaters in the future because if they found one program to do it, they will likely find another, good on you for doing that

That'll be live before the end of the month.

It depends on the game. Currently, it's easier for us to catch people after they've cheated than to prevent them from doing it at all. I agree that your suggestion is the preferred solution.

Thanks for taking this stance. I'd take a fair game over others any day.

Quick question since you're here: Do the Sacred Crystals you earn from missions disappear after 180 days like those you purchase from the shop? The in-game guide isn't clear about this, and I'd like to know if I can save them up for important events if possible.

Hah. That's pretty funny. Guess we have some liars on this forum. Surprise surprise. My guess is they simply run a script looking for discrepancies between account payments and account crystals. Something like that wouldn't really trigger any false positives. Legitimate de-sync issues might cause a few crystal difference at most, but I'm guessing cheaters aren't looking to only add 2 or 3 crystals to their account.

Has it only been on Aigis or have you caught people doing it with your other titles? I know many people dislike the pay to play structure, but without places like nutaku willing to invest in licensing products from japan, which by no means is not cheap, the more people that cheat, the harder it will be for them to keep their site running. tl;dr if you want to cheat do it on a single player offline game

Actually never ever considered usage of CE. i have too many friends who got permabans in some MMOs out of Bot usage or similar cases - so i know that this short moment of triumph always leave you with nothing. Play fair guys and you will be rewarded with a mercy of RNG :D

I doubt any of them show up any time soon XD

I tried using cheat engine once on yumina the ethereal but it was a little too complicated for me to figure out, didn't even know it was possible to use outside of that
