yup, just like how you use other fairies. combine just a rainbow fairy and it gives 1 skill point. though i read from i believe lafate it gives 100%. other places says it's

100% first time

75% second

50% third

25% fourth

dont qoute me on who said it. i could be wrong on the person.

its sad that there wont be any crystals this time but....

You still get the crystals to my knowledge... Just like how you get crystals and a completion units in story mode. The Crystals for 3 stars and the unit for all the drops

I'm trying to max Aria's skill, so I'm happy with that reward. A skill up on a soldier is as good as a time fairy every time you activate the skill (for golds anyway).

I plan to buy 150 SC just to skip the saving 100 step.... Sakuya is on my list... I'm going to roll... I'm either going to get 6 Hina or 7 Conrad.. without fail.

Then I won't be able to CC her because we have no silver ninja... I think this was completely flawed....

Wait even if I get Sakuya I can't CC her because we have no silver samurai... well GG I'm done bye world!

Very pleased to see Julian guaranteed to drop in the next event. Mine is already 50CC51, -1CR, 2/5SL, so a chance at -2CR, 3/5SL would be fantastic. That, and because I level the fodder to 30CC20, it acts like a suped-up Plat armor.

Rainbow Fairies are best used on units that are hard to get skill-ups for otherwise. Namely Princesses or other unique class/skill exclusive units (Blacks and Princesses basically, or other "Single unit class" units).

Ah yes, I did notice that with my Fedora. I wonder if there is that large of an xp gap between 50CC01 and 50CC20 for xp gain on female toons. Probably still worth it considering the minimal resource cost required to push that extra distance.

Skill increase happens when you combine units with the same skill with a % chance
