Welcome to the full drops club!

I got two platinum armors already today... one more and I should be able to max out Chydis level assuming I get my hands on the platinum fairies to do so.

So ya... if another drops I have a feeling something bad is going to happen again. Last time I got a large number of platinum armors I had terrible luck for three weeks >.<

Got a full drop as well. Couldn't believe my eyes. Finally i got 2 cans on a single day without using any Sacred Crystals. But i doubt i ll get more than that.

I ran the whole week Dragon Hunting with every charisma i got. This game needs more maps like +50 story maps. If there is no event it feels like my regular work...

I should probably really be trying Hard instead of Normal for the platinum armor farming but I haven't found a good way to do it yet... the armors will maul my poor Soldiers hahaha.

Also I got Sybilla today! Huzzah! I now have like... four Black units. Sybilla, Anya, Diene and Saki.

4. b CCed Archer.
5. G Prince.
6-7. Dump a pair of Mages on e and f, I used to use two level 40 Roys.

I usually put the Soldier first, Princess second and healer third, bit risky if your Princess can't take the hits though, the Archer on b should last through the Mission, if it's 50CC1 or something then you might want to take another unit to take care of the final red Ogre that goes down that route if it survives the Princess gauntlet.

ummm...

Nirhael, your set-up for Hard Monday daily looks weird and overcomplicated to me, tbh.

I always thought of Monday H to be the easiest hard daily.

It only requires one-two CCd witches (in my case it's Cloris and Bellinda, but any two will do frankly), Katie+Aria, or Katie+ any CCd Heavy, two CCd healers, and one mage (or another witch).

You just put two witches to the top right, and block both passages' exits points with KAie+Aria (Heavy), place mage (another witch) at the left exit point and drop of ur healers so they heal "blocking" points.

Extremely simple and efficient and does NOT require all that strategic planning, princesses, etc. that you recommend Nirhael.

EDIT: Ultimately I haven't yet seen ANY use for princesses so far. I mean it has always been more efficient to place combos of HA/witches, or just pure witches instead. For instance, the last map of Maribel event for me was much simpler with witch/mage/ha combos than with princesses.

Or say Phalanx 3 - sure you can do it with princesses, but it's so much easier to just drop of ur three witches and plain forget about it. You don't even need healer

Your way works fine and is usually the standard way, but uses more CCed units, my way can be done with as little as a single CCed Healer, while not everyone has a Princess, this method is a lot more accessible for those who do.

Then you've missed the point of using them. Space and ability to block. Space wise most maps have more freedom with regards to melee slots than ranged.
Blocking wise, a ranged unit just can't do it.

Oh... I do understand this. In theory.

In practice, however, i haven't yet seen a single map (event/challenge/story) which I could not pass without a princess, or where a princess would make the run quicker/more efficient/less micro-management dependant.

No one has ever said that a given map can't be passed with out one, and outside of very specific challenge maps, thats true for just about every unit. Just cause i typically don't use a witch doesn't mean they are useless.

As to making a run quicker, many maps i can drop a princess (granted Sybilla) and it's always faster than if i had dropped Despera. Unit count wise they tend to be even as well. You drop 3 witches i drop prince, princess and a healer. Not really making a wide sweeping game altering change there.

Also as a comparison, once enemeies start having MR, the effectiveness of both will be reduced, but some cases a princess will excel over a witch due to sheer stats.
Currently Sybilla has a max ATK of 692 (pre AW max level)
Currently Despera has a max ATK of 507 (pre AW max lvl)
That's a black to black rarity comparison. Simply put in terms of damage, and "how fast" pre AW, Sybilla wins.
Doesn't mean one or the other can't be used or becomes useless.
In the long term, there are plenty of times using both is more optimal then using only one type or another.
If you got the various units, no reason to ignore them, use em when they are needed.

I don't understand this argument whatsoever. Of course there isn't going to be a map that you can't pass without a princess. There aren't any princess units outside of events and premium rolls, so it would be stupid to make a map that required them.

In your above example of the H mode Mon daily, you use the same # of units as Nirhael's example, you just used different units and placed them differently. I honestly don't see how it's simpler, faster or more efficient than Nirhael's. In fact, I personally use Nirhael's deployment because it concentrates more firepower at the mob spawn, making for a faster clear. Ultimately, both are doing the same job, so who the fuck cares? In fact, the original person who posed the question had already said they used Nirhael's strat for a flawless victory on the first try, so why bash the strat when it works so well for others?

If you don't care for the princess as a unit, fine don't use em. That doesn't make them useless, it just means they don't fit your playstyle. But honestly, they are probably the fastest, most efficient and powerful duelists that we have access to right now, which is why they are only available through premium summons. They're a luxury unit, but they are far from necessary, and they are very far from being in a position considered weak or inefficient.

Really really hope that is a typo and they mean Danger of the Fairy Village.... otherwise what the fuck translators!

On a sadder note, they seem to be avoiding any questions regarding whether or not we should expect an event to launch tomorrow. I asked them for a confirmation on twitter, and Lafate asked them on FB, but so far no reply to either. At this point, expect the worst

At this point I'd say save up your stamina and charisma. If we don't get a maintenance before the daily change it probably means we aren't getting the event tomorrow. In which case spend that on the monday daily.

Either the event starts tomorrow, or there is a significant enough delay that they have time to start and complete a contest before is starts.
