Do you have such good luck with everything?
Have you tried playing the real lotto yet? Powerball or Megamillions maybe?

For example in kancolle out of 9 LSC attemts i got 4 Ships with chance of appearing ~1-2%

but then again i can fail 50% skill Up 9 times in a row. So when chances are low i get all the luck, when chances are high - i fail, something like that.

Btw Legendary not the highest rarity=) there one more level higher

Ever since a 3 weeks ago i just didn't bother using all stm chr all the time, cuz there always event break....
Well good for me don't need to stressed too much and will always be in future considering the event break now is 2 week

wow one whole week... it would have been better if they never said they wanted back to back and just wanted to go at their own pace or something alone that line.

because now out natural expectation has been higher and we are being let down again and again.

Feel the pain from a freemium player, i max. out units i will never use
and for me nutaku is just a quick cash grab they do the same strat. like in LoV "low content release" and they always blame jp. devs. for that but we dont know the truth.

Now even I'm tired of those breaks ;/ Wouldnt mind much about waiting till Friday, at least I would get some aff items and spirits... but whole week is another story.

Only plus side... leveling will become irrelevant. I'd just have to many things, and anything would be instantly brought to max level.

Yep. Done last ~needed~ levelling many weeks ago. Maribel was CC50 in like 2 days, brought one Platinum to 70 and another halfway this break so far. Why stop? Let's add another week of break on top of the one starting today. I still have some platinum and couple black units not at CCmax level.

Btw do the events on DMM Agisi also always start at tuesdays? Cos that would kinda suck if we had to give up on the extra gold/exp from monday dailies every other week.

No. They always start on Thursday (Japan time), which was a lot worse when the Friday daily was Fairy Rescue. It made it really difficult to farm for Demon Crystals unless you are willing to wait a day to do event missions. After they made the change where the Thursday and Friday dailies to be Demon Crystal missions, then it alleviated the issue where it was difficult to get Demon Crystals. It feels much easier to get trading post units after the change.

On another note its harder to get fairy......
Specialy when you just got tons of those exp cans from farming / collection event, they could stuck in ur storeage for no idea how long.

This problem actualy solved when they introduce extreme faily, the drop rate is alot better.
EX fairy map (80/6): Platinum 2x30% / black 3x20% / rainbow 2x4% <-- thanks to petite who provide the info.

and the newest god-tier map (still can't clear this map the map gimmick and enemy incoming is total painful)
God fairy map (80/8): Platinum Fairy (40x2), Black Fairy (35x3); Rainbow Fairy (5x2)

PS: even now i still question for ppl who show their unit skill 5/5 anya sybila nanaly etc etc.... Just how lucky are you with rainbow fairy drop + the chance to skill up

Unlike nutaku ver as i mention before DMM version.... you will actually be glad (or well might be just me and new player) if there a week event break (although there always revival as well) as you don't have the time to lvl up ur unit.
and most of time i think we give up everything in daily when farming / item collection event out, well unless you feel lucky

Not very. Anya was able to get 3/5 fairly easily, only one or two fails up to that point. Afterwards it was 20 crystals and many fails later to get her to 5/5 skill.
Not to mention the pain it is to even see a Rainbow Fariy drop.

Also worth noting that since i am above level 180, my Sta is much higher then the average player.

How the hell are freemium people complaining regarding maxing their chars?

I'm pretty sure my team is more than enough to handle the coming events but I still have so much to do i kinda like this breaks... (though if it goes on for another week i'll join the complaining faction).
Got 3 soldiers stuck at 50 since my luck draws anything but silver soldiers. A lot of platinum and gold units 50CC1 that I don't use but I'm trying to get them at least to lvl30 just in case while currently working on CCing Cecily to complete the silver unit chart.
Then i got 3-4 CCed female units waiting for affection items (I use Wednesday's to farm for males) and a whole batch of male units waiting to get to 100%.
And finally there's the whole CR/SU thing that i'll eventually tackle further on.

So far the star events are the best to me in terms of schedule. The 2 week event followed by 1-2 weeks of free time may means that we don't get that much content but at least it is less taxing on stamina. That way i can go for monday+thursday daily during events without worrying of not finishing the event or finish it at the cost of progression.

Also i dunno how the rest of you are doing but i don't have that much free time even in a free week. Rule of thumb, never miss Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and use every available spare char/stam to farm DH/RV3/Phalanx2 to gather money and brute forcing unit level (no tin cans have been dropping for 3 weeks now). Sometimes i kinda try my luck 1-3x during friday daily but i'm missing a CC soldier to stop that last wolf from leaking.

Not really sure how you are quantifying that.
Better than average luck on drops?
Maybe mine were always just horrid, I rarely ever got more then 3 drops.

Even with just phalanx 2 I can get almost as much total affection item value for the same Sta cost (and no cha cost) and also get fairies on top of it. Later maps also remove the restrictions of black fairies from being Daily only as well.
Wen. daily offers male only increases for trust, which there is no alternate means to acquire. Fairy daily currently only offers Rainbow Fairies over a given challenge map once you progress past that first blockade map. So there are pros and cons to the dailies vs the challenge maps.

Something to consider:
When working on leveling a unit, the cha/sta cost of a daily can quickly become lack luster in the face of being able to level units with the cha.
You can still get affection and fairy items with Sta. Neither is going to be all that fast (challenge map vs dailiy), but the challenge maps do also have the bonus of being available every day.

Myself? I chose to level my units and get affection/fairy items in tandem instead of focusing on the current dailies. Not counting Monday and Thursday of course, as those offer things completely unique that can't currently be gotten else where.

So choose what best suits what you wish to accomplish, based on your current desires, goals, play time ect. There's no "wrong" answer here, just preference.
