Just attempted 4 premium pulls as that was all i had in hope for Monica... results were in this order:
-phyllis (silver)
-gold background, finger crossed... vincent (gold)
-Crave (silver)
-black background Olivie (black)

Not what I wanted but good enough. Wished the silvers weren't pulled but the black compensates.

Sooo lucky :O She's the main new unit I want! Well like both pirates too and want them, but Olivie is the best Well I will hope for the luck like I had on the previous event, but first need to 3 star all maps.

That's a weird statement to make especially when the writer is trying to introduce more people to that website in the article. I don't think it's in good taste to instigate the people of the community of the website you're trying to promote even if it what you were saying was meant to be in good intentions. It could mean something else to other people, but that's just my view.

What I meant was more like people seemed to be almost against the idea of this game being advertised a certain way even if it got the game more players and thus made the game flourish, etc.

Ehhhh, just gotta take criticism on the internet with a truckload of salt. The ad is fine. Good editing and VO. I'm not sure how much creative freedom Nutaku allowed you. But if I had any criticism, it would be that it needed to show gameplay along with h-content. The ad gave the impression that it was more of a hentai site than a game site, and porn sites are already everywhere. Sex sells, of course, but gameplay is the thing that sets Nutaku apart. I'm sure this wasn't mean to be "an ad to end all ads" though. Some advertising plans might have a variety of different ads each focusing heavily on a number of specific demographics rather than a single golden ad. Like SEO. But for people's brains. I don't know man. I'm just rambling now. Why are you still reading this?

Edit: Also, have we ever discussed how to pronounce Aigis before? I always assumed it was just an engrished abomination for the word "aegis."

I assume it was altered to set Nutaku's version apart from the original JP version of the game. "Do you play Aigis, or Aegis?" For that reason, I just pronounce it like it's spelled: "Eye-giss" or a really sped-up "I guess"

And damnit, I JUST missed the 3-star on Avenger because I thought Spica was in-range of a healer, but she wasn't Stupid, long-range nukey mage elves...

Just pulled a bronze Elf Soldier from the 2k gacha; guess there were some other units snuck in too.

Yes they seem to have added several more. Nice to get more units than the 6 that was promised.

You use him to skill-up Spica without having to spend tons of Demon Crystals on more copies of Spica Nice to have these hidden additions sneaked into our update without Nutaku bragging about more units, and then just handing us a couple new bronze and silvers. Dodged a lot of disappointment that way, and actually turned it into a pleasant surprise.

For those interested in Lauren (lol wtf is with that name, shouldn't he have been named Laurence or something more masculine... or at least something more elvish?), I believe he'll show up as a farmable silver reward in some future events.

Given that Olivie set precedent for elves having french names, whoever translated this missed the opportunity to name him Laurent. This just confirms that there's no consistency in Aigis' translation which, in turn, indicates there are probably multiple translators without connection among themselves working on this game.

in the first place spica's skill isnt too special on it's own,
since the cooldown is so long for giving a small boost (well small if you compare to pure atk up/ range up [claire, bella])
spica's insane atk is what makes her (for being elf type [+atk, -hp] & 7% archer dmg on aw)
when aw'd, her base atk is comparable to base of black level's (though the only black archer does also have a super broken skill)

Well just be glad that silver archer skill make life alot easier to lvl spica skill.
It just like how that silver elf soldier have the same skill as akane... i say better be glad instead of making too much question about it

And well as for Spica AW... the 1 i have in JP had 989 atk (no she not max lvl yet... i heard she can reach 1,100+ atk *without dancer of coz -.-*) when her skill activate + long duration made it great..
So looking at this atkpower most ppl notice right how this much atk able to pierce almost most enemy def even they are HA enemy.
On another note i think Nanaly mostly only able to hit around 700-750 atk (unless she got alot buff) so she still had a little hard time on fighting 600 def enemy (reminder her skill duration is also short, but during activation she can pawn all low def enemy in 1 shot)

PS: higher rarity have faster WT than lower rarity

Still, as long this event stays despise how easy it is, I'll wait a bit until start to level her. My priority now is Despara at level 80 (47 so far) and change Karma's class.

Considering the resources involved, getting Despera to 80 really shouldn't be a priority, you also can't change Karma's class since she's a Princess-type, they only get AW.

That would be a very long wait.

@walla grats on Victoria! Don't wait around on her, get her leveled up and in the fight! You can easily find spots for 2 archers in your team, anyways. If Stray was your best, then that still leaves an empty spot for Vicky! ^^ I would also strongly consider picking up Spica too (to replace Stray), but that's long-term. For now, bask in your gacha-victory!

Finally got home to play and complete event.

Agree with previous posters about this one being much easier then Karma's event. Didn't record these, 3 stars all in one go. Suppose in the case of this event my law of 3 was more beneficial than being a negative (3 archers). So it probably wouldn't of helped anyone anyways. Deine finally got to whack on some stuff though, which was amusing.

I do have to say I really like the designs of these maps compared to previous events, they just looked cool. Location placement was also really nice, open choices but not so tight as to make it catastrophic if you didn't place a unit just right. So +1 to the maps and their artistic design.

I guess I'm in the minority in thinking that this event is harder than the previous ones. Harder to blind run and without the proper team, that is.

This event is the most I've had to redo maps for three-star thus far. Had to redo map 3 (didn't realize the top HQ had two entry points, so some goblins got in early), map 4 (tried to bottleneck the entrance, got a face full of explosions), and map 7 (goblins zerg'd my mage, second attempt almost ended just as badly when Roana got some nasty hits in on both sides).

I really need to bring more anti-rush/more blockers in general...

As for premium, the spotlight is seriously trolling me. Tons of silver/gold dupes, and the only new units I did get? Both of last event's spotlight and both elf males. I guess I shouldn't be complaining about getting plats that weren't dupes, let alone Elizabeth and Marius, but still. All I wanted was a damn Monica.

My mistake, I totally forgot my Themis is "just" in level 56 without class change, so my idea is get Karma close to max.
Anyway, Victoria is gonna replace Daniela when the time comes, since both share the same skill type. Stray still has place in my team for some time.
Despara is already kicking ass with her current level and near to 100% affection (is common I exchange Daniela by her at some point of the fight).
I'm really in need of silver assassins to class change my current ones, and also a better mage than Valerie. There's Echidna, also kicking more ass than he and Alissa when she's in the fight, but still not a mage.
