Sure, on the wolf girls masturbate in front of the second wolf when you walk in, a green light will come on over her. This brings down the green walls. Go to the wolf behind the top right green wall quickly before it comes back up and do the same, then head down and hit the button. After that go across the way and hit the button on the left. Also for the purple slime girl, to defeat her just hold jump and wait for her to pop up from the animation she does. It's similar to the lizard girls in the swamp. Once she does hit her and then resume jumping till she pops up again.
