You know I like this game and all, but if all the new cards are going to be EGachas only I'll probably not stick with it for long, I'm all for it being easier to get them with EGacha but the fact that is the ONLY way to get them is super BS.

You pretty much have to throw money at the game every two~ weeks if you want the new cards because of the Egacha.

By my count they added 17 new cards.

1 is a streak reward
4 come from the coliseum box
the remaining 12 are in the eGacha, with 5 of them being limited
nothing was added to normal gacha

I'm hoping that at least some of the non-limited cards will merge into the regular gacha after the event ends.

Guessing the only Event Gacha ticket non-payers will be getting is the one from the 200 win streak.

Assuming that there might be some in probably the Platinum box but with poor rates, but I'm only on the Silver Box. I wouldn't know for sure though, since I didn't participate in any of the PvP events in JP Pero Pero before I quit.

So the only resources that would be valuable during this event would be Puddings, and maybe card reveals for fishing out that limited SR in the event gacha final box.

So as it turns out, the various SR Wilds will trigger the cut-ins as well. I should have realized it would because that's how it works in the bonus world in Exploration. Anyway, in light of that, I wouldn't spend the card reveals in the gold box either. Just hoard resources as much as you can in this event and save up for the next one. I wouldn't even bother with using the puddings unless you want in the top fifty. You'll probably manage to get most of the good rewards anyway, except for possibly the fifty-streak reward.

luckily managed to catch the girl from golden box at first try, now sit at platinum, aaaand sadly, but it doesn't contain any eGacha tickets :/ so free player can get only one from 200 win streak

They should probably be a lot less stingy with eGacha tickets, especially with the way boxes work.

You generally have three type of people: those that will spend money no matter what, those who might be willing to try something and those that will never spend no matter what. either way, you'll always have the first group's money and you'll never have the third, but the way things are set up now, you're leaving a lot of Group B's money on the table.

A lot of B's will buy one or two tickets, use them, see how the odds are stacked against them and never buy one again.

..if you give away 2-3 tickets per event, however (and I mean readily, not the "top tier" reward as in the current event, and only 1 at that), you more easily tap into the gambler's mentality, and the B's will probably buy 3-10 tickets per event just to "get that win" they were close to getting.

Hmm to make it easier to get consecutive wins maybe we should declare if we are going to keep our decks consistent. At this point I don't see any point for me to make a trap deck (No one seems to bother with attacking me anyway).

IGN Toshiro, Rank 1 Full Moe deck (Fully leveled SRs so you might want some good cards to beat it)

although trap decks used to be a strat for back when i was playing in jp, i guess in later times after i stopped, they switched it so when you search for a type, they search by the whole hand instead of just the center card
so there's no point in trap decks and should probably just make single type hands

I've been encountering a lot of trap decks so its still annoying. 3 Sexy cards and 2 Babe cards have been stopping my streaks. Figure if we get enough people we might be able to make a list so we can all at least get our 50 streak bonus (maybe 200 if lucky).

ahh right, forgot trap with help of friend cards would still work, if you just want the streak bonus (or at least to aim for it first) just fight weaker hands, such as 3 and higher

My streak of 83 was snapped by a "trap" when I couldn't find any of my usual victims after 5 refreshes.

At this point I guess that would be best. Bleh was hoping I could also get enough tickets to stock up on items for whatever the next event is. I already know I won't be getting a good rank in this one.

Some people pretty blatantly cheating/abusing the system to get up to the high rankings; I wonder if Nutaku will do anything about that?

I was about to comment that most of the leaders are getting a disproportionate number of their wins from defenses. Not conclusive of abuse but does seem fishy.

not sure how in cheating, but abusing the system isn't really gonna net much reward other than some weak bragging rights

All the money they have doesn't mean anything defensively when they are limited to 5 cards like the rest of us.

They are getting 200-400 defence wins in an incredibly short time. I wonder how many of those come from fresh level 1s?

Calm down. PPS devs are known for their non-nonsense attitude towards all kinds of cheating, bordering on paranoia. If anyone from top ranks is playing dirty, you can bet your ass and a half the hammer will fall on them.

If anyone spots me in Tier 1, I'm a straight Moe deck with close to maxed SR cards, one R in RB. Not aiming to win the ranking prizes, so feel free to take beat the crap out of me.
