It's a rock paper scissors thing. Make do with what you have and roll with it. lv50 Moe girls can beat lv100 Sexy girls due to their lopsided growth curves, but watch out for trap decks.

Sed total when maxed is usually
Sexy
Babe
Moe
although there are some exceptions where a babe is higher than the lowest sexy cards.
If you cannot get ANY of the types 4-5 maxed SR cards, then your next best option would be to get 5 Moe to lv 50, since that's the most sed for the least wild cards possible and aim to attack sexy decks.
If you max 5 Sexy make sure they're all at or above the 12060 range, since every maxed sexy below that can lose to some maxed babes. Maxed babes don't have this problem at the moment since the highest Moe is 11010 compared to the lowest babe being 11220
Moe is the worst to max, because a maxed moe can't attack one tier lower like Sexy and Babe can. Also, Moe decks tend to be less beneficial sed wise as well since you only need to get them to 50 to get 80% of their total sed.

So I guess a mixed deck would be no good? Because at the moment I have 3 of each type at level 100 and that's it.

In the first Coliseum event I had 3 Sexy and 2 Moe cards, and would fight Rank 5 Sexy decks with it. Mixed ain't bad, but 3 Sexy 2 Babe traps tended to mess me up. It really comes down to WHICH cards you have maxed, because what made my deck work was that the 3 Sexy cards I picked were the strongest Sexy cards available at the time, and the 2 Moe cards I picked were, likewise, the strongest Moe cards available at the time.

Basically it works like this

This is the ideal situation, perfect win 5 sexy vs 5 babe, or 5 babe vs 5 moe.
More than likely, you'll run into a situation like this instead

As you can see, with this situation, you have 2 Sexy that lose to Moe, so that means you only have 3 wins. Even if the enemy has a M helper, you're fine as long as your helper is a maxed Babe, since one of those two moes that won, will be your win instead. This almost guarantees your victory vs any babe deck.
Another thing to remember, helper cards will NEVER face each other, so you don't have to worry about their helper card countering yours.
The only situation in which this strategy CAN fail, if like this

This would be the RARE case, of them having two trap Sexy cards, that beat your Sexy cards, you'd still be at 3 wins, but your babe helper won't beat a sexy, and if they happen to have a moe helper, you'll lose.
In your situation, you have a couple options. You can risk your luck with your 3/2 deck, or you can make a full 5 deck and use 2 R cards. If you go for R cards, then you can still attack babes, but the chance of losing to a trap deck with sexy greatly increases since R sexy can never beat SR sexy.
Mixed deck is fine for defense, but if you wanna win a lot with a mixed deck it's pretty hard since you'll run into a lot of trap decks. Minimum you want is 4 of one type for attacking, otherwise you'll just have to attack weaker targets to hit your consecutive wins goal.

Weird. The 50-win streak prize is a card of this demon girl, but she was part of a set in the JP version with other girls from the same H-game as her. I wonder why they would just release this one separately like this.
