Idk about other people, but I don't really have a problem with the events since I knew it'd be like this from reading this thread since launch. I'm all for constant nonstop events rather than 6 week breaks like Aigis had. :p
Don't get me wrong i'm all up for constant updates, but fuck only focus oriented content few times in a row.

That has more to do with how few different events are available. As mentioned before somewhere near the beginning of the thread, a majority of DMM events are the 3 we've gotten which is 2 focus reliant events vs 1 stamina+focus event. If they happen to do them 1 after another you're still always going to have 2 focus events in a row.

Well, the Aegis thing was due to event hacking if I'm remembering correctly (if not hacking an exploit maybe? Something player generated), and was either their response to show that that won't be tolerated, figuring out how to avoid that in the future, or a combination of both.

As for the non-stop events in PPS, while it does keep things interesting, it also requires players to fork over cash more often if they want the event gatcha cards. Personally, I think they're doing them too often and that will lose them their light/mid spender tier of players fairly soon due to missed e-gatcha cards, since most light/mid spenders don't want to fork over cash weekly to them, and missed cards will add up to more of a max SED gap. The SED gap generated by missed e-gatcha cards is also going to hurt them in the long run when it comes to replacing players who've quit due to this, since they'll have even more of a gap, and may not stay when they realize that. It's the I want $50 now from a player who'll quit in 3 months rather than $500+ over 2 years mentality. Personally I think it's a poor business strategy, but it's their call, not mine. Honestly, I think if they did some events without slayers mixed in it would be to their benefit. Hell, Colosseum would be a much better event with out them, and is probably their least profitable one because of players being aware of that (especially seeing as they're fairly pointless in it anyways if you use the normal strategy's, they're only needed for those that don't pay attention).

As for the recent discussion people have had about adding in some of the more loli-ish ones, I'd prefer if they kept the ones that look like they're 8 out. As a fan of small cup sizes though, I'm fine with the more borderline ones. If they do edits and make it look like there are kids with boob-jobs like in LoV and Oswari, I'll quit PPS as well. Those bother me.

Sorry if this ended up slightly rant-ish, I have a habit of doing that occasionally >_>

Pretty sure someone also mentioned in the same thread that said problem was resolved on the jp server within the same week and they even got their event on time there, along with a free 60 crystals.

Again, the whole point is we're getting events at the same rate as DMM, if it's too much for you, then you're probably playing the wrong game honestly. This event pace is more or less how it's been on DMM for the 2+ years the game has been running, and like us, they're constantly getting new cards release.

From what I've read, the only difference between our Coliseum and theirs, is we have actual slayers for it, however last Coli, said slayers didn't have too much of an impact for most people, I probably lost maybe 10 matches total all of last Coli to them. They still get new event gacha cards for their Coli, only difference is they're not slayers so you're not getting anything out of it if you use them.

Then there's also the theory someone had that they're using our version to test changes that they plan on applying to the JP server, like the 8.7m hp bosses in the first Elite Guard. Pretty sure someone posted that they started spawning them on last JP Elite Guard.

Anywho, if your goal is to someday get all content on ANY DMM/Nutaku game, it's probably not gonna happen without a significant amount of money invested into a game no matter which you choose.

There's only 1 real problem now with slayer cards. Honestly, I didn't even fought with them in last coli (it was my very first coliseum). The problem is, If they allow slayer cards now, they ruin the whole Princess Contest. I choice one, because I want it, but the truth is, it's doesn't matter because the final rarity is not depends on me or on the other player. It depends on slayer cards. That's the same than Nutaku give a random card just because >.>

Depends on if slayer cards actually affect that or not, which we won't know until the event is out.

True, but if you think about it:

"Points will be added to your chosen Princess as you compete in battles and destroy your opponent's cards."

1. With slayer card set the win chance is... well, very high. So it's doesn't matter if the system count the damage, or every win count as +1.
2. I have a guess that the paying players doesn't just hit 3 times in every half hour and that's all. For the rank they use pudding and not just one or two.

Oh wow, I skipped second part of SS and still got rank card. Sure shows how unbalanced ranking rewards are with amount of active players. At DMM for a free player to get rank high enough to get a card @SS? Would have to forgo sleep to get into assist range, probably.

Anyway, I am back. Was damn close to not returning: shit at second part start was so heavy even fixing it didn't made me log in. This break was damn needed, and Aigis update easing it up on farming made a big positive impact.

You missed out then. After a couple days of lag they fixed lag and SEGs so they finally started giving support to everyone who hit. I think most got their card within a day or 2.

Yeah, I read all about that. But the burn was just too strong, needed that break.

There is imo easy solution to this: do focus event, then release 1 single new stage/boss (instead of 4 at the same time), after a week do stamina event, then release 1 single new stage/boss, after a week do a focus event, after that release 2 stages/bosses and give people 2 weeks of a breather.

Some tweaking might be required but there you go. There will be pretty constant stream of new things to do even if in small ammounts, and people won't feel burned out :p

Pero Coliseum Event feat “Pero Princess” is starting from 8th Oct (tomorrow) till 13th Oct.

Gambit #2 will be starts from 16th Oct and ended on 30th Oct.

So if correct slightly less than a week for Coli and then gambit 2.

Inb4 event ends, get stage 4, then new event 3 days later.

Then again I'd have all of stage 4 done the day it launched so... :(

On a side note, I just checked, and DMM version only has a total of 8 stages in 2 years+ as far as I can tell, so yes the game can live only on events.

Yeah on the bright side the event info is up which lets us see how princess points are done. Seems that it is based on how many cards you beat (in jp I think you lose but no info on that on tab).

Since beating 5 people nets you 5 points for your princess while only beating 3 gives only 3, it actually kind of gives incentive for you to fight lower opponents to guarantee 5 points. Obv using slayers will make it easy to get both tickets and PP (princess points) but otherwise yeah. Also since I usually fight Lvl 3 people for 200 wins guess that will be nice.

Also to take into account is it says that the points will get multiplied based on place of the princess. First place just gets base points, but 2nd place gets there points doubled and 3rd tripled. This happens every 10 min. (when the points and placement get recalculated.)

So it's basically a crap-shoot who to pick unless one has like 10x the support as the other two. I dunno how I like that, I guess it reduces the impact paying players have.

Also looks like there's a card ranking reward this time.
