Remember how in Luigi's Mansion you could scroll up and down floors with the L and R buttons? GHV needs this badly.

Also I kinda just realized GHV is just a porn version of Luigi's mansion. Your stuck in a haunted mansion trying to find your friends/brother, recieve an item that is able to harm the ghosts, defeat the big bad keeping the mansion running, do a lot of backtracking (Luigi's Mansion's mirrors helped a lot with this), and stun enemies with one attack and "kill" them with another.

Ok so i bought a key, how do i even play the game? I tried clicking on v1.05 off vosmug's website and then downloaded it. Extracted it. Then clicked on .exe and it caused some kind of ridiculous massive lag that forced me to restart my laptop twice just to get it working again. -.- How am I supposed to play this game? Is it some stupid antipiracy measure or is my laptop just shitty because I played the demo with no problems at all.
 
I bought it, i think the game is worth it, it's a nice little game. There is at least one animation for every 'white' enemy with a few very good 'cutscenes' with multiple poses. The sprites are very high quality. i ended up buying the game thinking it was going to be lacking H, but there definitely enough of it. This game is worth a buy for two reasons: Its a good game and it's a game created by a western developer. I don't know about you, but i want to see alot more Hentai created in English. I wish more developers offered a Patreon option, especially Japanese developers.

TLDR: Buy the game, its good.
 
Seems like i must've triple clicked onto GHV.exe somehow and it tried to open the game multiple times. Which was the reason behind the seizure of my laptop. I think my ancient mouse is the culprit.
 
How do you get passed the statue that says "A statue made of twisted wood, it looks like it's holding its hand out for something?"

You have to get an ceremonial Knife to put in its hand.
Go back to the hallway and continue east until you get into a battle with the kid ghost that throws his skull at you.
After beating that little shit up for being so annoying to kill, grab his skull and put it onto something I forgot what it is, then go into it and it should unlock the place with ceremonial knife for you to grab.
Go back to that statue and give it the knife.
Assuming I remember all this correctly.

It took me freaking hours and hours but I finally reached the hentai scene with blondie that doesn't involve sex toys at last. Now I can go to sleep.

I haven't finished the game yet but the story is surprisingly pretty good. Although spelling errors and wrong choice of specific words here and there. He would benefit greatly from an english speaker assisting him with script. Playing a game because you like a minor side character is suffering tho. XD

Hey all!

So I got to the point where the two thugs take care of the teacher and the blondie. I'm not sure how to proceed from there, anyone got any tips for that?

No, No. I'm already passed that part. I'm talking about the part where you see that one girl all strung up by the tentacles. It's the area with the weird crawling monsters after the first boss and the frog monsters.

You have to find a pair of wooden balls and put them in the statues hands. Yeah, I know it looks like it's gonna be a groping thing.

Gonna go ahead and second this.
I got to the part where the friends get taken by the thugs and you need to chase after them. I'm stuck specifically when the teacher walks off-screen and the boss-looking monster puts a wall in front of you . . . I genuinely have no idea where to go after that. I just can't make sense of the map in my head. . .
And here I thought I was partly decent at the MetroidVania-styled maps.
Any help would be appreciated.

If I'm remembering the spot right, you need to go UP there. As in fly up.

I thought they were balls too, but I think they're meant to be a pair of wooden knockers
 
Gonna admit I had hopes for this at first but... eh. If the Hentai is week I'll probably pass on this. I loved the concept of Xenotake but I wished the hentai scenes were a bit more developed. It doesn't sound like these are much better.
