' 3' So, sorta expected it, but the game is very small.

There's 3 'level' to finish training but all you get out of doing so is basically 'gallery' mode (left-right to switch level)

Apparently I'm too stupid to get this to work, mashing all of them buttons but nothing happens once I get into the training part. Keys work fine in the menus.

Each little icon have a letter telling which button it is...

ZX

You have to pick the right action based on the girl's icon on the top-right, and maintain it to raise the bar (wrong one lowers it)

Except that for some of us none of the buttons work, as in, there's no response when you push them. I'm wondering if there are broken versions of this game floating around or some of us are missing a necessary file.

If you were missing a necessary file, the game itself wouldn't run. If the buttons aren't working, all I can think of is that you don't have the window selected. The engine they use has this weird knack for needing to be double clicked if you select a different window while the game is open. For example if you select say firefox or chrome or something like the game is up, the first click will allow sound and the game to continue running, but might not have keys respond. A second click on the window fixes this as it kind of like confirms the window is selected and responds to the keyboard.

Other than that, I'm not sure what the problem could be, honestly. I've never had any games on this engine or anything flat out not respond to keys, especially if enter and the arrow keys work to select one of the characters. Probably try redownloading it or something.

Did you find out any fixes?

EDIT: I tried again and heres some things I noticed:
My mouse icon appears and disappears, the bar does not move down for not doing anything, and there are some settings but I dont understand any of it.

Again I really like the sprites for the character and would love to see this work.

Your mouse should disappear if it's on top of the game as the game works a bit like a video that you could watch or something, hiding the mouse if it's not used for a moment.
The bar only moves up or down when you are doing something to the girl. And where it moves depends on what you are doing and what mood the girl is on.
You order the moves with keyboard and the keys are told on top of the symbols. QWE,AS,ZX for moves, SHIFT to stop what you are currently doing CTRL to cum if possible and SPACE to return to menu.
What you mean by settings I'm not too sure of as there really isn't anything other than the main menu and girl select/save that I've found.
Fun little note, some buttons seem to work even if the window has lost focus so remember to try clicking the game if it's not working 100% correctly but still seems to do some of the things.

Yeah it feels odd only a few people have this problem where we can't press anything after selecting a character. I'm going to assume your game works? Would you mind sharing?

I sent you a PM. Also just wondering, what's your OS and are other RPG maker games working just fine for you, if you've tried any?

Windows 7 yeah I tried VH before and it worked. I tried with the DLed link and I still cant press any buttons. Its so weird it must be something with our computers?

Win 7 here also and yeah it's working for me, I even redownloaded and tried that link of mine.
Only thing I could think of is that there's something wrong with your installation on the RPG maker which is used for that.
Here's a link to the runtime package that you should have for RPGMaker VX games to work (which is what this game was made in)

You must be registered to see the links

Also if you already haven't then change your locale to Japanese before installing that.
Which reminds me, are you currently on Japanese locale? If not then that could also be a problem

Ah found the page again haha. Well now I tried windows 8 switched to J first before installing both and still the buttons dont work. Could it be something with file placement? I see that RPGmaker goes to program files and the game is on my desktop folder.

Could be the file placement, try moving the folder to a shorter location and remove any weird letters (just pure English alphabets on the folders and all) or extraction program messing something up...
Oh, also do you have any controllers plugged in? If so take them off just in case

Alright I tried those suggestions that didnt work. No controllers here. I really appreciate you helping me. If you have any more suggestions let me know.

Hmm, can you use the normal Z and X to select things in the main menu instead of Enter or Space if you've been using those, and does Space work in getting you back to main menu after seleting a girl?

I just tried using Z to get into the game instead of Space and it worked until the "action" part loaded.

Haha yeah I tried the on-board keyboard didnt even know it existed! However it worked up until that part again.

So does Space work on getting you back to menu after choosing a girl or does even that freeze up?
