That's a bit foolish, Dev should learn to manage resources a bit better.
Forget the resources; take a look at the guy's .

OldHuntsman has some interesting ideas and an admirable work ethic. He could probably do well in a lead author or designer role. His projects would be much more successful if he could get other people to handle all of the actual technical stuff, because that's one area in which "enthusiasm" is a poor substitute for "experience."

He also needs to stop being a dick about stealing artwork, because that's just foolish.

Just letting you guys know a trick/glitch I've found that can get you unlimited money you need a magic point or get one from the witch then enter the city as a human then sell all the trinkets you have if you do have any at the jewellery then try to sell again it should pop up just cancel cause you have none click that then go to any of the areas in the city which provide trinkets on completion for example the cathedral is the easiest though you can do the palace or rob the jewellery store as long as you get trinkets from it after completes it. then it should come up with the dialogue as if you were selling the trinkets sell them and it should put you back in the jewellery store with the extra money then just repeat it again by going on sell cancelling again picking another area until you got the amount you want.

as far as the game content thing goes I can understand why they used other artwork if its only a test no point in the extra development time to get proper CG though there are some weird out of place images in there like the DBZ image of cell absorbing 18# but other than that the gameplay part is perfect and hope its the same on there next game.

btw does anyone know the completion requirement to finish the game or does it loop till you use the dark army and the requirements for free mode to unlock. also any know want the spell do that you can use in your lair, the protection, movement and breath attack ones are easy to guess also theres the mine for extra defence but the other ones i dont know.

So,what are the terms of the third gen mission? Do like one evil deed or two, then bring mobilization back down? How are you supposed to go about this exactly?

Basically just rape and release as much as possible every turn. Eventually it happens.

But apparently it's one of the achievements possible, and any achievements you get give +1 point for free dragon mode or something.

Is this really the case? Because if it is, where can I find the achievements list and/or does anyone have all achievements and feels like uploading their save folder?

Destroying farmland and paying for rebellions also reduces their ability to mobilize.

If you raze a town or something, sleep let them mobilize then fund some terrorists, you can be done by turn 2.

I don't know much about the log, but reading it makes it sound like a file's missing.

What's the size of your DefilerWings folder and all of it's contents? It should look like this


I did a fresh install so there's nothing extra like save data/etc. If your folder doesn't match this size, extract the files again. If it's not that, then idk what to tell you.

The size is different, mine only contains 2515 files, I guess I'll download both versions again and see if I can't get a working version out of the mix.

I cant seem to beat the build up your base mission, anyone know what to do there? I have a base thats been fortified, packed with guards and servants of my own off spring, all upgrades purchased, and nothing. Best I can figure it has to do with moving or something. Mistress talks about taking over another base and mentions a cave or trashing a fortress and moving in, but I wrecked several of both and was never given an option other then "leave" or "loot the shit out of, then leave" never anything about moving in

There are certain locations where you can choose to move your base to after defeating the residents. Think there is 1 in the trade routes--probably the easiest--2 in the mountains, 4-5 sky, 1 sea, 2-3 forest, and those are all I remember.

Usually if it mentions a fortress/citadel/cave and a maiden at the top/inside then it can be captured. Far as I recall the dwarves are the only exception to the maiden part.

does the option come up immediatly after beating said residents? cause a couple of places I have knocked off even said something like "this might be a good place for a base" but after I killed everyone inside it was back home for me

Yes the option should come up. It should also be placed in the places tab as abandoned Volcano/Citadel/etc in case you want to change later.

Just to be sure, have you cast the magic traps--think it was called that--spell as well?

Alternately, if you have wings your new default lair is acceptable for that quest as well. You just need to fortify it, trap it, then get gobos and mercenaries and you can get your reward from the mistress.

Hmm, 2515 should actually be right. Seems that when I opened the game to see if it works it automatically created 2 extra files. So your problem is something else unfortunately.

Dragon parts do this:

'tough_scale': Modifier(protection=('scale', (0, 1))),
'claws': Modifier(attack=('base', (0, 1))),
'fangs': Modifier(attack=('base', (2, 0)), fear=1),
'horns': Modifier(protection=('base', (2, 0)), fear=1),
'ugly appearance': Modifier(fear=2),
'poisoned_sting': Modifier(attack=('poison', (1, 1))),
'magic/cunning': Modifier(magic=1),

The attack/defense strength is in the form (regular, perfect).

There are also effects from meat:
boar: base attack up
bear: defense up
griffon/shark: extra magic point


And from mutations that give different colored heads:


Green - default, no special effects
Red. Fire Breath. Immune to fire. Start in the volcano lair.
White. Icy breath. Immune to the cold. Start in snowy lair.
Blue: Can swim underwater. Start in underwater lair.
Black. +1 Attack. Poisonous breath.
Iron. +1 Armor. Thunder roar.
Bronze. +1 Armor. Starting den underground.
Silver. +1 Magical power. Immune to lightning.
Golden. +1 Magical power, -2 to the thief's last luck roll
Shadow. +2 Fear, +1 magical power

yup. though I didnt know you got an upgraded lair if you started with certain features, maybe I will reload and try to beat the system by doing so.

Wings are one of the best upgrade to start with in my opinion, you get extra defense, better base, energy, and it allowes you to fly into the capital and pick up girls or monies from the marketplace/chapel without any danger and it gives you acces to the sky area.


Mutations are basicly head abilities, You start with a basic green head, but if you add for example fire breath to it, it becomes a red head and gives you the corresponding bonuses.
