So anyway, going through the gacha list to look at skills, I'd recommend the following characters to max skills if you happen to have them. Listed in order of importance.
Mezorg(UR) - At max skill, will extreme debuff up to 9 warriors, and extreme debuff 8 non leaders.
Considering a majority of characters available are warriors, it's an incredibly useful character to have vs super buffed Asuka, especially if the opponent doesn't have her as the leader.
Ursula(SR) - At max skill will moderate debuff 9 people ANY class.
Doesn't matter what the opponent has, it will be debuffed.
Gadius(UR) - At max skill major boost to 9 people ANY class.
Boosting all people means it doesn't matter what your cards are, buffs everything including princesses.
Ardell(HR) - At max skill moderate boost to 9 people any class
Kleine(HR) - At max skill moderate boost to 9 people any class
Same as above.
Abashul(SR) - Full heal party leader if they die.
More of a luxury than anything. Can give you an extra turn, or turn a tie into a win though.
The two debuffers are listed at the top because there's a lot more options of buffing your own party, especially if you decided to go with all one type. They're pretty much the only two debuffers that debuff EVERYONE at the moment.
