Sorry, I forgot about that. Corrected my previous post with the warning. My point was: it takes a little over 5mn to reach Succubus house (first turn on the left from start) and unlock everything. Make a separate save there.

Thanks! I've now completed the Genocide route. For anyone else attempting it, note that you can still do the necessary kills in the Succubus House. It's a lot easier to do since the enemies are all in one place and you can always run from a battle to heal up if things go wrong.
