Ecchi has different connotations in the East and West, so that might be the reason. I don't know why it is in the title, but the game is an h game for sure. I've looked at the cgs and their are around 30 h scenes.

In the places I've seen it used, "ecchi" tends to mean "naked beautiful ladies".
The exact implication of that depends on context, I guess.
In a gallery of porn, it means more bathing beauties and less tentacles performing deep cavity search.
In a general gallery, it just means "there will be boobs."

This is the first time I'm seeing a RPGMaker game get crowdfunded to be translated.
