Installing Adult Skins
If you ever come across nude or any kind of adult skins you want to install for the game or any kind of skin in general, simply open up gta3.img (for NPC models) or player.img (to modify CJ), find the model data (I recommend using Ped Editor as it will help you find model data easier) and if using IMG Tool, right click on the .txd and .dff associated with the model, click replace and navigate to the folder you have the skin data saved on your PC. Make sure you make a back up of the model in case you want to revert back

1. Hot Coffee
Not so much a mod, but a patch that activates a sex mini game Rockstar had built into the game and locked out before it's release. The player is able to engage in graphic sex with the various girlfriends and sometimes activate a fellatio animation when kissing them in public. (Like many script mods, this patch requires version 1.0 of the game, there are patches available online that can downgrade the game if you're using a higher version)
2. CLEO Girl XXX
This mod adds custom girls to the game that the player can have sex with using it's already built in sex mini game as well as letting the player have sex with the various girlfriends at any time (adds a red mark next to their houses). Girls can be found in most of the safehouses, back rooms added to the strip clubs, the Jefferson Motel, and Mad Dogg's Crib. It's also possible to spawn girls by typing in keyboard commands. The only downside to this mod is that all the girls uses Millie Perkins's voice clips. (You need to download and install the program CLEO to use this mod)
(Note: It's possible to change the skins of the girls in the mod by modifying GX.img)
3. CJ the Rapist & Street Love Mod
Both have the same purpose but yield different results, they allow the player to have sex with random NPCs. The Rapist mod also allows you to rape male NPCs... (uses the game's built in sex animations and both require CLEO)

4. Blowjob Mod
A CLEO mod that allows you to receive a blowjob from nearly all female NPCs, it uses the game's built in fellatio animation mentioned earlier. To activate it, approach a female NPC and press the B key twice. The animation will last for at least 10-15 seconds (I might be wrong).
5. Street Love 3.0
This is a new version of the Street Love mod, compared to the previous version listed above, this one adds more features but breaks the sex animation a bit. (Requires CLEO)
6. Sex Shop Mods
Replaces the interior of the sex shops to give them a more pornographic appearance. Expect to see box covers of real porn from the future (Since this game takes place in 1992). These mods requires modification of gta_int.img inside the models folder, use IMG Tool to open the image and find and replace the data with the ones provided in this file.
7. Puteiro 24 Horas
Adds a small brothel to Hashbury in San Fierro that uses the data of one of the brothel interiors that was scrapped from the final game. The mod is in Spanish but you should be able to find your way through the mod easily. (Requires CLEO)
8. Micareta Johnson's House v1.0
Adds a party to CJ's mom's house, you can find strippers here as well as see NPCs having sex in the bedroom. WARNING: This mod may cause load game crashing and save corruption if saved in CJ's mom's house, make a backup save just incase (Requires CLEO)
9. Private Whore
Spawns an invincible companion that uses the models of one of the in game strippers. She can give CJ a blowjob that will remove the wanted level, restore health, and grant him a shotgun and ak47 (Requires CLEO)
10. Nude CJ Mod
This mod modifies CJ's leg textures to give him an erect penis when ever you put him in his underwear. Great if you want sex to be more graphic however it will look pretty messed up if you use any underwear besides the default, therefore it's recommended you back up the original textures if you want to revert back. This mod requires modification of player.img, use IMG Tool to open the image and find and replace the data with the ones provided in this file.

The only decent graphical mod for Morrowind at the moment. This mod allows the player to initiate sex with NPCs of the opposite gender almost anywhere you place a rose. This mod isn't perfect as character models flicker during sex and hitting the wrong button (such as the pause button) can cause the game to freeze. Also after finishing, you don't automatically reequip the armor you were wearing.
2. For Love or Money - The Prostitute Plugin
This mod adds a prostitution guild to Morrowind that all genders can join. All sex scenes are text based.
3. Lovers and Legend - XFriends and Threesome
A recent expansion continuing the work of Mr. Cellophane's Lovers and Legends. This mod adds the ability to allow the player to initiate threesomes with NPCs as well as allow for homosexual intercourse. This mod also fixes some issues that plagued the original mod such as flickering character models.

A sex mod that has spawned a large collection of adult mods made for Oblivion, there are various sites that list these mods so I recommended that you just google them or something.
2. Setbody Reloaded
A great and easier alternative to installing body mods for oblivion. This mod contains a large compilation of many body mods, it gives the player 2 spells that can be used to modify the player and an npc's body types in game rather than the usual method of installing them by dropping mods in the data files or through omod. This mod also comes with a randomizer that gives all npcs separate body types.

The Sims 2

1. Woohoo Everywhere
This mod allows Sims to initiate sex in various positions at any time with any Sim except for ones that are younger than teens. A bit of warning though, this mod is a sure fire way to cheat as it boosts your relationship with other Sims in large amounts. Some options will not appear for lesbian actions and most options will not appear for mother and son sex which means that this mod is possibly unfinished, however the later can be resolved with a mod that allows a more adult interaction with blood relatives
This site also provides some adult items you can use on your sims such as chains for bdsm and sex compatible furniture. Donation Pack 4 also has a rape interaction but only males can use this interaction.
2. Jokerswild Animation Project
A large set of sex interactions to do with your sims, it provides many sex animations that you don't see in the Woohoo Everywhere mod such as cunnilingus and sex on the stairs.
You can find them here but you have to register to see these threads.
The interaction for blood relatives will not initially show up until you make some adjustments with the JSW bouquet which you can get here.

This is an adjustable penis mod for male Sims, works great with the above mods, especially Joker's sex mods
