Re: Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game
You don't need a class-changed version of a character in order to cost reduce, so it's safe to feed a healer Alyssa to a priestess Alyssa. The only time you will want to feed a unit a class-changed version of itself is if it's a unit that gains a new skill after their class-change. For example, a priestess Iris has Strengthen Healing II, so she would need to be fed another priestess Iris to level up this skill.
There's currently no new way to gain another Katie as of now. This might change in the future.
Update:
Awakening conditions:
-Class-change Maxed Level + 100 Affection/Confidence.
-A new fairy used for awakening that can be traded for with magic crystals.
-3 silver units that have been class-changed, or 1 gold unit that hasn't been class-changed.
Geez, this sounds kind of steep, and still doesn't make it absolutely clear whether or not princesses, dragon shamans, summoners, avengers, and yinyang master classes can be awakened. I want to feed Themis to my other units, but I might want to keep her if she gains a useful awakened ability that would make her more than just a weaker version of Princess Lilia.
Cost reduction is based on unit rarity. Bronze units can only be cost-reduced by 2, and most silver and higher units can be cost reduced by 3. An example of an exception is the platinum mage Odette, who can be cost reduced by 5.Just how exactly works the cost down thingy for units?
When feeding a unit with one identical, the cost for the base lowers by one; there's a chance for this to fail, right?
Now, how many times can this be done? until the unit has a cost of 1? or it's just a single time per unit?
Also, when trying this with an already class changed unit, it needs another class changed unit, or it can be the base one?
I mean; [chief soldier + soldier]
or it has to be: [chief soldier + chief soldier]
And for a last question, is possible to get another Katie? (well, the quests lady)
I think she's not listed in the gacha's possible rewards.
