Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game

Re: Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game

The people in the chat rooms have decided to burn Braemir with fire. - Draa

Re: Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game

I think people forget you can get most units from base gacha too.

Maybe if there was some sort of bulk roll this would be a viable option, but waiting for the animation to finish every single time is beyond my patience...

Re: Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game

40+ runs of 60/3, 1 tin man, 10 runs where only one gold armour dropped... Yup, this is exactly what I wanted.

Re: Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game

So I still can't read any DMM forums, getting kind of tired of it. Anybody know what's up? Image of it in spoilers. My timezone and pretty much everything I can make Japanese is in Japanese. The rest of the DMM site functions fine, it's just the forums that show up oddly.

Edit: Err I have no idea what I just did but it fixed out of nowhere. All I did was enter a forum from a different page (The one where it says what games I've played recently).

Re: Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game

So obviously I'm doing something wrong since I've gotten no exp armors...

What else should I be sacrificing to RNGeesus? It seems like cans of soda just aren't cutting it. :(

Don't expect too much plat armors from this map. I got my first and only one just yesterday. I've lost the count but best guess is 25 or 30 runs since the map was introduced.

Edit: preparing meat salad with luci and braemir limbs -.-

@Fruit
Check the forums are actually in japanese. Sometimes they have a foreign language section that my browser could not handle and showed up like that (I think it was Vietnam language).
Then, I think you already know this but anyway, go to ff options (or chrome, its the same) and move/add japanese as the first display language for websites. Finally, change the default font to one that supports this languages and default encoding to unicode (UTF-<number>).

@Fruit
That's not an encoding issue, but bad programming on the DMM site. The screenshot with scrambled character only occurs when you visit community with english version of DMM enabled.

The way to fix it is to pick Japanese version of the site by going to the online games home-page, left side of the user information bar on top. You have the problem because you selected English version of the dmm for whatever reason.

But here's the interesting thing: I didn't have English selected :p I checked to make sure before that. I think the first time I hit the English button was after it was already broken, and switching it back to Japanese didn't fix it (Nothing did until I entered by a different link). Oh well, either way it's fixed, and if anybody else has the same problem, there's two solutions to try now. Thanks for the responses, glad I can check updates on my own again.

Fruit, the English/日本語 selector isn't going to do you any good if the page is "http://www.dmm.co.jp/en/netgame/social/community/"

I bolded the part that is giving you problems, which is the same as your screenshot. Basically, you want:

I was entering by the link at the bottom of the DMM pages. I'm not sure why that would default to English if I hadn't pressed the button, and why it wouldn't fix when I tried to change it back to Japanese, but whatever. Then it fixed on it's own just by entering through my profile instead.

I even recreated it by the method you guys mentioned to test it and the problem didn't fix by my old solution, which leads me to believe it's separate problems. Either way again, it doesn't really matter. Either there's two problems or my mistake, but there's two solutions to try now for anybody with the same problem.

Sounds like everyone is still at it and helping
each other with droprates and witch hunts.

Now, ever since I got my hands on a new phone
that can handle Aegis, you will see me more active here again.

"Welcome back Sinus!"
- Thank you, thank you, I sign autographs later.
"I missed you so much!"
- Places to be, me to been seen, what can I say?

That aside, could anyone share some knowledge in how
I'm supposed to level up my girls/guys in a highly effective way?
I mean, I usually feed Bronze units with three Iron and a Bronze Fairy up to
level 10 and then let my Silver / Gold unit eat three Bronze units and a Silver Fairy.
It works but there might be a more effective way than mine, if so, I want that power.

Now.
Continue!

This is what one of the wikis recommends:

Without Fairies:
~20: 3 lvl3 Iron and 1 lvl3 Bronze.
~45: 2 lvl3 Iron and 2 lvl3 Bronze.
46~: 1 lvl3 Iron and 3 lvl3 Bronze, or 4 lvl3 Bronze.

With Fairies (Gold or Below):
1a) Feed a lvl3 Bronze Unit 5 Iron Units to raise them to lvl9.
2a) Feed 2 lvl9 Bronze Units and 2 Fairies of the same Rarity.
1b) Feed a Male Silver Unit and 3 Fairies.

With Fairies (Platinum or Above):
1a) 3 Lvl 3 Bronze and 1 Unmatched Fairy (i.e. silver fairy for platinum unit).
1b) Feed 2 High-value Units and 2 Unmatched Fairies, or 1 and 3.
1c) Feed 1 High-value Unit and 3 Matched Fairies, or 2 and 2.

I wouldn't recommend farming bronze fairies, unless they introduce a map like the one during Gold Rush 3 that dropped 3 bronze fairies at a 70% drop rate. You're best left to farming Low Cost Battle, since you get a lot of affection items that will also power up your team.

EDIT:
There's also this post for recommended maps to farm (I just updated it with some new information):

Re: Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game

There's an All-Age Version of Millenium War Aegis. They replaced the H-scenes with regular conversation events like they did for the male units:
cDy95tR.jpg

Iris: "You'll be fine with this. Geez... You're the prince, so please rely on me a little more, OK? That's what I'm here for."

I haven't tried it yet, but I think they use the same data as the adult-version. Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

And have to use VPN when playing it on Dmm.com site.

I will stick with the darker side of Dmm. thank you very much

Re: Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game

On the news page for the all-age version, the next emergency mission event is going to start on the 7th called "Treacherous Pirates" that's going to have pirates and sailors.

You can actually install an extension on your browser to make DMM think you're in Japan through alteration of region cookies. If you play Kancolle, you must have heard of the (chrome only). All you need to do is check the "enable region cookies" option. Everything else in that extension only triggers when you're on the Kancolle game page, so feel free to ignore them.

And whoa, is it me or did they finally remove the need to relog every time you switched between dmm.com and dmm.co.jp?

Edit: Oh yes, both versions share your account data. However, you'll still need to redownload the game if you choose to play on the all age page. Enjoy the new conversations with your girls~

Two versions of Aegis share the same database so i guess that mean we are going to the sea in the next event.

Hope there will be an easy source of Silver archer.

@kroset: Thanks for the tip.

Goddamit, invasion on the Sand Country awaits and I am wasting time chasing robo chicks and farming sandworms ><

With recent development I think the one 'effective' way to level units is ... farm Monday daily high-tier. Gather enough gold to last you through the week (for me it's usually 100-200k) and gather occasional exp armors. Maybe burn some event crystals for refills and try to AW some gold-acquiring units.

Once the coin is rolling do not waste your precious food by leveling bronze. Eat all the irons like there is no tomorrow. This burns though gold fast, but is incomparably faster than what you are currently doing (If you have surplus silver/gold fairies you can use strategy from Petite post that I believe is not exp-negative when compared to eating irons raw).

Aim at one of the thresholds for exp armor usage. You may find those in this Petite post ( http://www.ulmf.org/bbs/showpost.php?p=579048&postcount=2586 ) or on this wiki page ( ). Unless you are super lucky on exp armors you likely want to reach the ~40 thresholds (both pre CC and post CC) and just use exp armors from that point.
