Re: Aegis Thousand Year War - DMM Online Game
In order of strength:
Black Heavy Armour Dina
Platinum Princess Lilia
Black Dragon Princess Anya
Platinum Heavy Armour Maribelle
Just to give an example of how you use her. On the penultimate map during the Ada event, you can drop Maribelle so she can catch the wolves and kill them faster than they can appear. Later, the map throws out a werewolf that hits like a tank, and your Maribelle also catches it, and then activates her skill so she can tank it while your witches lay waste to it. Without Maribelle, you would need to deploy multiple other units to achieve the same result.
Maribelle is a good unit, but the worst thing you can do is treat her as if she's a substitute for Berenice or Jelius (Maribelle is for situations where you don't quite need a heavy armour, but the enemy units are too dangerous for a soldier chief to handle).
EDIT:
As an addendum to the monk comparison. Maribelle is unique in that her attack speed is the same as a monk's. This is why she's good.
Maribelle isn't really a heavy armour. She's more like a monk that traded her cheap deployment cost and evasion for high HP, defence, and the ability to block 3 units. She's a goblin/wolf crushing machine that can stick around if she inadvertently catches something nasty.Since I already have Jelius, is it worth it to try to farm for Maribelle (if the final map is easy enough)? I'll be doing some of the maps for Sacred Crystals, but I'm just curious about her in comparison to other HAs.
